AT&T Store

Jalen and Justin have been extremely helpful here! From upgrading our phones, to helping us transfer our old one to a family member, this was an amazing experience! They were so patient with us, and were extremely knowledgeable. They answered all of our questions with ease! We will be back!

Reasons why I loved this particular experience with AT&T:
Before heading into the store, I was able to book an appointment online. This is an underrated tool in life, I feel. If I could make an appointment for every establishment I was going to patronize, I would. I knew I'd have a solid spot in line.

I got there about 5 minutes early and was greeted immediately as a I walked in the door. It always feels good to be acknowledged enthusiastically rather than by someone grumbly because you interrupted their phone time.

Mike was the associate and we was friendly and supremely helpful through the entire transaction. I was returning an iPhone in order to switch back to a Google Pixel Android device because - well - Android is a dramatically superior operating system.

Mike and his colleagues had a congenial vibe and seemed fairly happy to be there. That's more than can be said for a lot of places these days.

Thank you, Mike and the AT&T team, for helping me get in and out in under 25 minutes and without any consternation!

Bishop is the most helpful, patient, and kind representative! He’s helped me on several different occasions and each time has been a success! 10/10! In my many visits, I’ve been happy with the help of the entire staff. I absolutely recommend this AT&T location!

One of the best customer service interactions in an AT&T store in years. Anthony helped us and was terrific. He really knows his stuff, worked with us, gave us upgrade options and we made a decision. Honestly, I was going in for a charger and information but I walked out with a newly upgraded phone. Very satisfied. Highly recommend this store.

Ryan was absolutely wonderful and made a very dreaded trip a very nice experience. I usually don’t go into these stores because I almost always have terrible experiences. I usually order online and just have it delivered to me but I was ordering my daughter a phone and she is very impatient. When I first entered the store I was feeling like it was gonna be another bad experience because nobody acknowledged us at first but then we were asked if anyone was helping us and from that point on the service was amazing. Ryan got us the phone we ordered and then spent the next 2 hours answers questions and helping us find the right accessories. As my daughter and I changed our minds about what we wanted. He was so patient. We never felt rushed. Never felt like he was annoyed with us. It was a very pleasurable visit because he was so amazing. I think when I upgrade or need other accessories or anything I will go into the store and deal with Ryan instead of ordering online. The customer service that I’ve always gotten from AT&T is out of this world but to know the stores are as wonderful as the customer service online is just another reason that I will stay with AT&T.

What an amazing experience with Joe and Liberty. They spent extra time after hours to help two veterans deploying overseas and displayed such professionalism and care.

Dealt with Derrick - 5 year ATT veteran. He took good care of us, resolved all questions.

My daughter and I came in the store yesterday due to confusion of a credit that should have been applied to her phone. Amber Bucchieri did a great job helping us understand everything and taking the time to explain our bill and she worked patiently with us until the issue was resolved.

John's expertise and his patience are exceptional. He delivered the level and quality of service that I have, happily, come to expect at this AT&T office. It's a high level indeed, and one of the main features about AT&T that keeps me a happy customer.

Krystal H is an OUTSTANDING employee at the 477 Haywood Road location. Very patient, kind, and just the absolute best.

Had a great experience here! I was helped by Jaris, he was super helpful, informative, and friendly! He took time to explain each process while I upgraded my phone, and gave me some fantastic advice to help my family partake in discounts we didn’t even know existed to save money on our older plan. He made the whole process seamless and super easy, a great employee and that makes all the difference!

As my phone was finishing setting up, I watched as the store grew busier with walk-ins, and each employee managed to sit and work with their current customer, and when they got to a stopping point they would make sure everyone else was being taken care of. Instead of rushing to finish up with people, they were sure to give everyone excellent service and it didn’t go unnoticed
