Best Buy

Very crowded with merchandise... which is a great thing for Christmas shoppers... and the staff today was very helpful.

The prices seem to be competitive with other retailers... but store credit with 0%interest is a big draw.

Phenomenal experience with the Samsung rep. Was in town on business and forgot my watch charger so I went in to buy one, but they were out. He showed me how I could use my phone to charge my watch to get me enough charge to last the couple of days I was there. Greatly appreciated him helping and not trying to sell me things I didn't need.

Our fridge went out. Repair man said the compressor and another part was bad. It was going to cost a bit over $3K to fix. So we decided to just replace our commercial fridge. We went to Lowe's and found what I wanted but chose to go to Best Buy to check for a better deal or something I liked even better. We found the same model at Best Buy. After talking with the salesman, he showed us a returned model that was priced about $1K less than one that was in the box. Got it home, hooked it up, and it's running great. We only had to order the front covers, so it will look completed. It is the 2nd picture.

Went to the store to return a gift. The line was very short and the wait time was less than 5 minutes. I was very pleased with the quick and efficient service. I also browsed in the store and a very kind young sales person came over and asked me if I needed assistance. Yes this store is very efficiently operated. This location is a keeper.👍

First time to this best buy. I ordered a toaster to be picked up at the store, and the service was super fast, easy, and in and out in less than 5 minutes. They had awesome deals on open box TVs too!

I came in because my chromebook wouldn't charge. The nice gentleman quickly looked at it and brought it back to me with a new cord. He didn't charge me and was a really nice guy throughout.

I went there trying to buy some speakers and get them installed. Everyone I dealt with was absolutely the best and I got more help than I needed. I will come back to this store.

I gotta say, the Best Buy off of Woodruff has made a complete 180°. Back not too long ago, this was one of the worst best buys I've ever been too. Employees never greeted/asked if you needed any assistance, the management was non-existent, and were usually out of stock of anything you could think of. Now, as previously stated, it's the opposite. I don't know if they went under new management or what, but I had a wonderful time there with my daughter, and we were doing was browsing! It seems they've gotten a lot of new technology too! Back a couple years ago I wouldn't have recommended this store to anyone, but now it seems it's where it should be.

We had to buy a new fridge after our commercial fridge stopped working, and the repairman said it would cost a little over $2k to fix it. We found the cutest but small fridge here. I love it! We are currently waiting for the light pink glass door panels to come in. I can't wait to see them installed. This picture is displayed, and it has the blue glass panels on top and white glass on the bottom.

I had my stereo replaced in my Toyota Tundra yesterday 7/30/22. The installers did a nice clean job and were very professional. I wanted to go back in and give them a fist bump but they were busy and I didn't want to disturb them from their work. I am very impressed. Thanks installers!!!!!!

The Greenville SC Best Buy is an outstanding store - knowledgeable and helpful staff, good variety of inventory. Makes me wonder how they attract and keep such good employees in this business environment.

Had a fantastic experience! Stormi was an absolute amazing helper, I may not have had enough money to finance the PC I wanted but she was very understanding and I will be coming back soon for it!

Had lots of questions, lady who helped us was informative and helpful. We left and when we got back the guy who took care of the sale was corteus and happy to help. The manager got involved for a discount that applied and he was friendly and professional. A great experience!

Matthew B in electronics helped my kids get the tablets best suited for them, he was hella polite and accommodating, I applaud his attitude during this hectic time of year :)
