Absolutely love this place! It’s always one of my favorite places to go when I come to this area. They have a built in cafe where you can get some drinks and food as well! It is peaceful in here too making it perfect to get work done and read. There is also a children’s section in the back that of the store that includes toys and kids books for a variety of ages. It is very easy to navigate and if you ever need help you can talk to the friendly staff!

The store is very nice and well organized and always so peaceful and the smell of coffee lingers in the air. Also the cashiers are always very friendly! Great place to get books, games, coffee, vinyls, etc

Great selection of good reads and also toys or games for my little ones who love to tag along. Having the always tasty Starbucks with plenty of snacks on site is helpful as well—we love coming here as a family!

I don’t normally buy anything in here but I enjoy walking through and looking at the war and history books. While enjoying a cup of coffee from the Starbucks inside the store of course.

Always enjoy coming here to browse around and grab a coffee. I prefer to support small business but B&N never disappoints.

This Barns and Nobel is one of the best. Everyone is extremely helpful, and everyone you encounter is so customer focused, from the Starbucks baristas to the employees at the bookstore. They are wicked helpful! 5 stars!

Great service at both the bookshop and coffee shop. Love their selection of greeting cards (birthday, thank you cards etc).

I can always find a good read here. I love the aroma’s coming from the cafe. It’s quiet( not library quite)but you can use it for studying. I’ve done it before with no problems.

Love this location. The workers are always upbeat and happy to help. You can tell they love books as much as I do and I’ve visited this location several times this year.

This Barnes and Noble has a better flow than most. They all share a similar layout, but this store has a better layout. They have a fantastic selection of books and board games.

Everyone is incredibly helpful here! 🩷 I love the smell and the set up of this store and enjoy browsing and taking a break here with a coffee and muffin. We also like to stop in for a book treats every now and again too.

Great place to sit and have lunch. The Wi-Fi is useful if you have a laptop. Nice place to meet new people and make new friends.

Great service, the lady helping went above and beyond. I needed a cheat sheet for a subject and she dug through many cheat sheets until she found the one I needed, I was impressed with her dedication to serving me. The other people at the convention were impressed that I had a cheat sheet to use for our meeting.

I love Barnes & Noble book store they have a massive selection. Their kids selection is huge as well which is great for my daughter. They will help you find the book you need if you csnt find it yoursefl. They also have a cafe with food and drinks. They have tables and chairs and a play area for the kids.

For the most part, Barnes and Noble is a bookstore with snobby people working for it. However, the Barnes and Noble on Woodruff Road, Greenville SC has friendly and kind people working for it. I have always had a good experience with people there -- I hope that I have not set the bar too high for them to continue to provide quality service. Prices are high at this bookstore -- just like all over though -- so, if I had to expose a problem, that would be the problem I would talk about. This is a good store to shop in, though, so I hope their service continues to shine!

Always find something good to read and most of the time at good price. Clean and quiet place. Courteous, friendly and helpful staff.
