Went to buy a new fridge, washer and dryer.. I’ve had many Home Depot purchases in Florida in the past that were terrible customer service experiences. Not this time! Dennis assisted us and he was so kind and patient. He was very knowledgeable and helped us chose the best appliances. We were so pleased with his service! The world needs more people like him.

Larry (also said he goes by shorty) in the plumbing section went above and beyond to help me. He worked hard to understand my plumbing issue and help me find a solution. He was polite, professional, patient, and understanding. Thank you Larry!

I would like too recognize.. this Store.. I have been buy many items from My local Home Depot . From Greenville woodruff rd & Simpsonville sc.. for the past few years.. I went too return a transition molding and 1 box of tile. 11/28/22. I planned too install 3 boxes of tile but just needed two .. [Not fun at 55] the return Desk was very helpful. The people that stood out was Eric.. and the floor department.. these two Men took the time.. too help me get the right molding.. this room was the biggest Room 23.5 x 24. we had Installed laminated flooring and tile.. this was our first tile job as a DYI home owners..

Please take a notice of these Men.. outstanding job..

Honestly this is the best hardware store with the best staff in the area by far. The cashiers are always friendly and very helpful with finding anything need for small projects to commercial work. It’s the place I always go to when I need something. I just with the pro member rewards were as good as they use to be in the past. But the service keeps me coming back.

Went to buy microwave. Easy to find. Associate was very helpful. Good price and multiple items to choose from

Super friendly and helpful associates! They assisted me with getting two large boxes from overhead without any hesitation and were promptly on it for me. They even helped load them on the car. ☺
***On a side note, I sincerely hope the associates who helped me didn’t get fired, as the associates at the other local locations seemed to think they would be, per “company policy”. I’m sorry but “company policy” needs to be if you have the product in the store, and the customer has money, and has PAID for an item.. who actually cares “when the item hits the floor”… like really Hope Depot? Really..??

The employees at this Home Depot are typically very helpful. Tonight, three different employees offered assistance within five minutes. Our products were easy to locate due to the store App. Cashier Patrice was especially personable and offered our dog some treats.

We ended up getting our Christmas tree from here. We had planned on buying an artificial tree and left with a live tree. Never even made it into the store. Reasonably priced I thought. 7 1/2' tree for $69.99. It's beautiful! Very fresh and smells amazing! #hohohohomedepot #livechristmastrees #2022

I just had an amputation and was at woodruff road Greenville SC location, I have never been treated with such kindness and empathy anywhere,you employees are great especially Marcus and Irma ,they need recognition for there selfless generosity

Always my #1 home stop shop since they've pretty much got it all covered, and it's more affordable than other stores like it.

What can I say about Jared that works in the doors and windows section? Everything great!! Jared made our purchase easy and was more than helpful. From the way he took his time showing and explaining the products to the way he scheduled the install and completed our order. He made us feel like we mattered. Jared really takes his time with you. He is the ONLY person that we will deal with. At one time he wasn’t there and our order never was made as we were told so we went weeks waiting for a call from the installer that never came. We went back there once we knew Jared was in and he redid our order the only way he knew how, that was the correct way. Jared should be if not the manger in his department. I can not wait to do our upstairs. Thank you Jared for all your help. You made a hard decision easy because of your expertise.

I am moving and had to make my way over to Home Depot to buy a drill. I needed to take some of my furniture apart. It was not easy so I went over to Home Depot to find a MAN. A smart MAN. A MaN that had knowledge of tools and how to take things apart. I found NICK who was so helpful he told me to go home and get one of the screws so he can help me. I came back with the screw and Nick was busy but he called John and John was the most helpful. I explained my problem and he took me over to the man tools and put the thing together and showed me how to use it. Then Nick came over and they both were so Helpful. They did not laugh at me but encouraged me . Thank you for been such great Men. Recently divorced, I was in need of a Man for this job and they came through. Thank you Home Depot for the great men you employ to help women ( princess) like myself. Nick and John saved the day. Will always go there. I would give 100 stars ⭐ Best experience ever. I own more tools than I would ever know what to do with lol. ❤

I had initially called Lowes about a water heater that I needed to purchase. The person that I spoke to at Lowes was extremely rude, so I called Home Depot. The price was the same at both stores for the water heater, but customer service is important to me. Everyone that I spoke with at Home Depot were very helpful, and answered all of my questions. I have been very satisfied with every aspect of buying this product from them. I highly recommend this store and location.

Our experience was beyond expectation before we even walked through the door. There was a torrential downpour, and one of the Home Depot team members was outside in a rain jacket with a buggy full of umbrellas walking people back to their cars, so they wouldn't get soaked. We came to shop around for appliances & found that Home Depot's prices were comparable to (and in some cases, cheaper) all the other avenues we explored. Dennis was all too willing to help. He answered every question for us and helped us not only with financing options, but went above and beyond with getting all the information for each model we were interested in. He was patient and informed. He didn't pressure us to buy, and we ended up finding the perfect appliances for us for a great deal. On top of that, every employee that we encountered on our visit was helpful, friendly and very personable. We are in Home Depot a lot for wood supplies for our business, but this is now our new favorite store. 10/10! Thanks again Dennis!

Seth is AMAZING. I was looking for a blue reflector... Specifically **blue** because I am target training my ball python! Didn't know if red would work, didn't have my phone, and Seth came up and asked me if I needed any help. I said yeah.... Weird question...*tells entire story*... Can snakes see red? Seth looks it up for me, and it turns out that snakes see blue and green and shades thereof only, and are dichromatic! I learned a lot and he was super nice, and he gave lots of stellar suggestions for where I could find what I was looking for. Not only was he helpful, he had a great attitude and was super kind. Didn't bat an eye at my bizarre request. Hands down, best hardware store experience I have ever had.... And that's saying something, as my husband and I used to own a construction company!! Can I just say, THIS MAN NEEDS A RAISE for being such a lovely human and being so nice to customers. Thanks Happy Seth!!!!! 😁 You literally made my day. :)

6 am well 6:18am people were so nice. Fun way to spend an hour and a half before doctor appointment. I also got an awesome deal on clearance, just don't tell my wife.

The always friendly makes this my go to home store.
