Spectrum Store

Kathy is her name; and she is the one to ask for if your in need of Spectrum’s services. Kathy helped with porting a phone over to their wireless network; she made sure that the entire experience went smoothly and ensured that the device was working properly. I understand that the wait to speak with someone in this store may be frustrating; but Kathy was worth the wait!!!

When I arrived, I was 10th on the list, but the staff worked quickly through the customer list. Von was my tech support agent. She was great in helping me and even helped with getting my number changed in the system.

My 2/26 experience was perfectly handled business. Excellent savings when combining. Awesome phone representative. 🌟

Walked in and a Spectrum Charter employee (Jeremy) just calls me to the desk and immediately starts helping me set up my Spectrum Mobile account. Fastest associate help I've had all month.

Did not think they would be open on a Sunday, first of all. Thought it might be busy too, but the place was staffed up well. It did not take long to be helped after checking in without an appointment. They helped me get my account set up and had all of the equipment I would need right there on site. No hassle. Thanks to the Spectrum team at this store, I was able to play video games with my friends! Five stars.

I want to brag on Von Goodwin. Not only did she teach me things about my plans (things I never knew) she fixed the issues I had with my internet. She searched the store to try to find me a pond so I could have internet in my room. She was very polite, I was even able to joke with her, and she was extremely helpful. I would recommend her to anyone. Amazing customer service, she brightened my day. Keep up the good work Von Goodwin. You never know what someone is going through, but I have a feeling if they come to you the. You will 100% make their day better just by your customer service. Thank you.

Excellent service. Even with a line the entire experience took less than 5 minutes. They could move their check-in computer farther from the door so that there is a little more room coming in.

Shia was exceptionally helpful. She saw me struggling at the door with 2 heavy bags of equipment and rushed over to carry one. The whole process I was there for was quick and carried out with a lovely smile.

Came into the store to return equipment. The employee was kind and asked me if I would like a receipt. He also told me about their mobile service but did not pressured me in. Was very happy with the service and will be back to the store if I have any issues.

My wife and I had some issues with our service and had one of your agents named Wilbert Gomez assist us in sorting this all out. We so much appreciated his knowledge of your various services and plans as well as his very pleasant demeanor. This guy is a great asset to your company…definitely a keeper!

Not only does Spectrum have a great mobile & internet deal going on, but this store here also has wonderful staff! Kathy and Corvell were kind, helpful, and timely. My only recommendation to anyone thinking of going is to make a reservation. It moves things along much quicker!

I went to the store in Simpsonville and he had no customer service and wasn't very helpful. I decided to go to Woodruff Rd and met Von. She was attentive, provided great customer service and was very professional. I went in there to get the IPhone 13 pro max and she helped She made my experience at a Spectrum store easy and I left with my purchase, valuable information and happy to have a person to transfer my service.

Von is the best, she really listens to everything you have to say, and makes things right. She's respectful and professional. 10/10 this is who you need to see when you have to go in.
