The employees at the woodruff Rd location went above and beyond to help me tonight. Very friendly too. I wish I had got names. But awesome job to the ladies working Saturday night! I very much appreciated your help and kindness!!

The employees were incredible. The lady that works in furniture greeted me. The cashier helped me get discounts with store coupons and the manager asked if I needed a second buggy. I did get a lot! 😆

I did not know that big lot had so much nice furniture. We literally furnished all of our bedrooms in our new house here and got a couch for our loft.

They have some nice stuff here, but the kicker is, their customer service is possibly the best that I’ve ever seen when getting assistance of this nature.

I’ll always shop here. They are truly a team. All are so informed, willing, and polite.

I love shopping at Big Lots, they have everything from food, furniture and home decor. Their prices are excellent, I find they are less expensive than other stores. I can always find great decor for my home!

Big Lots in Simpsonville, the Check out person was Great! I had gotten a display Christmas 🎄 and store rules would not allow me to buy it. But, he was so kind about it. He allowed me to look at see if there was another tree in a box and it wasn't. The nice young man called the Big Lots on Woodruff Rd and they had some in stock. Really Great Customer Svce. You Rarely see Service like this anymore. I didn't get his name but, he was working around 5/6 PM.

I normally am not a huge Big Lots shopper, however this location and the awesome service has made me a fan. This young man named Carter and his epic "go the extra mile" attitude was amazing!!! He stayed the course with our many questions until we found our perfect bookcase!! And I can't stop there ...Ms. D. was the handler of all things at the register!! She handled the the phone line and the customer line, all with excellence, graced with a smile!! Note the furniture selection and quality was great!!

I went into Big Lots on Woodruff Rd today. I was greeted by a friendly employee named Dee! The "new" Big Lots blew me away!! The store looks FANTASTIC! The new layout and design makes such a difference! Everything is so neat and organized!

Louis was the most helpful sales associate I have ever seen. He spent time with me to make sure I understood the product and also has the best personality for the job! I will recommend that you ask for him when shopping at The Woodruff Store.

They have good prices and nice people that work there. Teresa, one of managers, is very nice and helpful. Heather, a cashier is very nice and caring. They have a good selection of different things..You have to stop by, and check Big Lots out. Good deals, great prices, especially on clearance items. Sometimes only one of a kind items....

Looks nice since they've revamped the store. Items are on opposite sides from before and they have a lot more food it seems. I like big lots. I recommend for soil, planter pots, cat food and the occasional as seen on TV item. Their swimming goggles suck though. Poor engineering. In this category, you get what you pay for. I would recommend this store.

Went to buy a recliner and Chris, the furniture manager was very helpful. After picking up chair and getting it home found out the frame was bent and it wouldn't close right. Took it back and got replacement and was given 10% discount to cover the cost of returning. Everyone was really nice and apologetic.

Big Lot is the most one of the most wonderful places to go and specially when you're doing donations they just so kind and everything and the kids is just so awesome the whole thing about it just makes me googly inside it's just nice to know that everybody has a heart Big Lot a good place to work good place to meet new people new faces friends good kids good well-mannered kids amen bless all those people Big Lot family keep it going

I shop here pretty regularly and have really only had one bad experience. Everyone has one bad day... The customer service is usually always wonderful! The store is kept clean. Check out the size of that unicorn!🤣🦄
