Torrid

I purchased one outfit for work. The sells associates were kind, thoughtful and helpful. Torrid is a little expensive for me but they have coupons and sales. The fit for plus size is so much more flattering than other stores. The clothes quality is amazing. Several of my Torrid pieces are hand me downs from my sister so they’ve had two owners and they still hold together so well.

Staff was pretty nice and helpful. Clothes are on the pricey side, but the things my wife already has have lasted forever. Great styles for plus size ladies. Highly recommended if you have the budget.

Clean store and Nice clothes.

They are always so nice at any store I go into around the country. This particular store is bigger then some corner store Torrid but still the same nice employees at all the other stores.

I love this store so much, the staff have always been friendly and helpful even when the store is super busy. I believe Kenzie was who was helping me and she was nice and listened to me jabber away about the event I needed a dress for. The store is always neat and they are always willing to ship something to the store if they don't have my size.

If I could give higher than 5 stars I would! You have probably heard the saying that you never know what a person is going through and how your simple kindness and smile matters? Well, I was that person when I walked in the store yesterday and Christy and her co-workers brought the kindness! My body has recently re-shaped itself in the last several years and I simply have not shopped. My sense of self-acceptance has been through the floor as I felt I was either forced to be frumpy because my short, curvy stature doesn’t fit the majority of style lines - but no more! Thanks to the kindness and patience yesterday, I have the perfect outfit for my daughter’s wedding rehearsal dinner (plus some everyday pieces) and a sense of what I feel good in to walk back in Torrid and shop some more. I have found my clothing go to and couldn’t be more excited!

If you have curves and haven’t tried Torrid, do! They have a loyalty club and coupons…and keep in mind, you get what you pay for and I got amazing support from the Christy and co-workers and some awesome clothes. Can’t wait to go back for more 🥰

Torrid staff had great customer service and were very helpful. Having fans in the dressing rooms, that customers can control, is a great addition. The store is clean and organized.They didn't have the size clothing, in store, that my wife needed. However, the staff helped my wife order what she needed online in the store. Overall great experience, would say go here for all your clothes shopping needs. My wife really loves the style, quality, and fitting of the clothes Torrid has to offer.

I'm never disappointed when I shop here. The staff are always so helpful and I never leave without the thing I'm looking for. Today for example I bought a beautiful coat from one of my favorite television shows. I never would've found it in the sale section if staff member hadn't helped me. Seriously if you go ask for a girl named Courtney she'll give you the best service I've ever had. Definitely returning to shop again soon.

Dani is super informative, kind, and helpful! Was really tempted to get a credit card were it not for my awful credit. Everyone employed there as of the writing of this review seems genuinely helpful and kind to everyone, no matter what they look like or who they are. Very refreshing when going to a women's clothing store, while not exactly fitting that demographic, to not feel judged or out of place! You can tell they're making every effort to keep the place clean and organized as well, which, in light of current circumstances, is super reassuring! I've been many times before, but I like it more every time I go! Especially in comparison to the cramped location formerly in the Haywood mall.

I love Torrid. Now that they moved out of the mall and in their own storefront they have gone from regular to fantastic! No more mall traffic or horrible parking, the store is bigger and cleaner. Also you can control the temperature of your changing room!!! Read that last sentence again and let that sink in. As a plus size girl trying on clothes not sweating is a great thing.

My daughter and I came in tonight 1-6-2020 and the brown haired lady was so helpful, she helped my daughter enjoy her shopping trip here. We have been there a few times and she has always been so helpful! We will most definitely be back! We have never had a bad experience here. Lovely ladies and always so helpful!

I absolutely love this location! Talia and Michael are two of the sweetest people I have ever met, as are the rest of the employees here. I was driving from Spartanburg on a regular basis with my sole purpose being to see the new merchandise, and I really miss all of the amazing people working here since we got a Torrid at Westgate.

Wooo! I was in there earlier today 😍 Fab store. Finally a place where the brands and sizes are true to size. Lovvvee the buy 1 get 2 clearance sale. Cute af clothes, great employees. I hate I didnt get her name black lady, kinda tall, nose piercing, great hair) but she was amazing! She was so helpful and funny. Let me know where everything is. The prices are a bit much, but the clothing lasts years. I’m torrid obsessed! 10/10 will return again.

**edit my husband bought me some bras from their online store. They came in the mail. I will always buy my bras from here. They fit perfect. They were on sale AND we got a multiples discount.

Torrid is the best place to go if you need bgger sizes that actually fit your body type. This store has something for everyone that is plus size. The new shop has an amazing atmosphere even down to the dressing rooms that make you feel ready find your perfect outfit.

Finally a brand for plus size women that is ACTUALLY for plus size women!!! The quality of their clothes and intimates is excellent. They always have a good sale going on too!!

I love this store and all the friendly people that work there. The clearence rack is always amazing and the sales are decent. If anyone ever asks where I get my clothes or where they should go for plus size clothes, I always say torrid at Haywood mall. Thank you guys!

Great place to find plus-sized clothes for women. The staff are very knowledgeable about their product and seem to be more interested in finding something that is right for you rather than being pushy about expensive items which is a refreshing change.
