The UPS Store

The UPS staff were immensely helpful. They were courteous, experienced, and efficient. When I arrived to ship my camera to Nikon for necessary repairs, the staff noticed that my packing job wasn’t particularly good - in fact, they saw that the box I used put the camera at some risk. The staff explained the problem and the risk. I agreed with them, and they quickly packaged the camera securely for shipment. And it was reasonably priced.

No issues with my shipping. I preprinted my label for a shipment out (not a return) and it's tracking on time. Staff was polite and efficient. I took a picture of my tracking number, but I also created an account so that when I ship things, it's logged there and I can track it.

Because they are fast and efficient, every time I am in any of the UPS branches, it never takes me more than 10 minutes. I am very satisfied with the service and attention I receive from their collaborators.

I'm surprised by all the negative reviews of this UPS store location. I've always had excellent service here. I often need odd sized boxes for eBay sales and this store has the best selection and helps me with different options.

Dropped off my AT&T boxes for return and I caught an issue after getting home with the receipts (showed two of the same serial numbers). Mike and Carlos worked with me over the phone to resolve the issue patiently and smoothly. Great service!

Hours are good for me for drop offs. Staff is attentive and friendly.

I love this UPS store location. Mike the owner is a fellow Veteran. People will complain about anything if you read these reviews. You DO NOT get a receipt. It’s automatically tracked once they scan it. It’s simple. If you want a receipt try your luck and go to the UPS main facility on English Muffin(which I drive right pass to come to this location) speak with the lady at the desk and I’ll guarantee you will drive right back to the UPS store lmaooo.

I have never seen such quality action from such a dedicated group in my entire life. Mike,the franchise owner and 2 of his crew went beyond what I consider to be the call of duty to clear up a problem that I had caused. It was such a beautiful thing to watch them come together, led by Mike, to make sure everything was solved. Their caring mindset and attitude was so concrete and in my thoughts so divinely orchestrated to create a simple showing of the kindness and compassion in the human arena. I was so touched and honored to have witnessed this act. My hat goes off to Mike and his staff!!! This UPS STORE IS THE BEST OF THE BEST!!!!

This place is overworked and understaffed like most places these days but they always get the packages out and delivered without issue. They also will handle all of your printing needs without batting an eye. I used to go to FedEx but the UPS store beats them across the board in customer service and pricing. Keep up the good work and don't listen to the negative noise.

The service at this UPS location did not disappoint, and it is one of the best UPS stores in my opinion. Mike and Cameron went above and beyond when I had some large format photos that needed printed last minute. I called every Staples and UPS in the area, and they were the only ones willing to take on the job. They stayed open late because the photos were still printing and they knew I needed them ready by the following morning. I highly recommend this location. They’re fast, professional, their work is fantastic, but most of all, they know how to treat their customers!

This is my go to UPS store. I infrequently have to wait in line for service, the customer service is always excellent and the hours are great. Mike has helped with several special packages that needed to be packaged with care, I have always had all those packages received in the best condition. I have taken everything from Amazon returns to needing packaging of breakable items to this store and never had any issues.

Mike is a great guy, always helps out and explains every detail of the shipping. We forgot our important documents at UPS store when we were there.Mike kept it safe ,reached out to us , he kept those documents with him, reached out to us. We cannot thank Mike enough for being such a great help,I am short of words.

I recently moved to Frederick and was in need of a private mailbox for personal & small business use. The staff members who I first interacted with were very professional, friendly, and efficient...signing up for my mailbox took just a few minutes...and since then I continue to be pleased with the handling of my incoming mail & packages. I get e-mail notifications from the store within minutes of a package being delivered for me, pick-up is always a breeze, and I appreciate that I have 24-hour access to the store to pick up my paper mail as needed. I've also been pleasantly surprised with the other business services offered by this location, like shipping & paper shredding. I would enthusiastically recommend Mike, his team, and this UPS Store location to anyone in the Frederick area in need of shipping, mailbox, and small business services!

I love this UPS Store. Every time I come in the employees are always so helpful! Especially, Mike, I had a little trouble printing a document this morning, and he took the time to help me get it printed. He didn’t mind helping me. I truly appreciate their customer service. It’s always a pleasant experience when I come into this store. It is the reason I got a mailbox for my business and kept it. In a time when many company’s customer service is lacking, its nice to go into establishment where it seems like the customer’s needs are important. Thank you for the wonderful experience! This location is ABSOLUTELY AWESOME!!! I seem to always come across unprofessional, nasty people in customer service capacities... so, having come across a store that exceeded my expectation is a win for me. This store’s customer service is professional and friendly. I’ve had a few projects done at this location and they turned out great. I had no idea UPS did office and stationary things. I had a poster and an entryway board for a party done (the poster was last minute)... It turned out so awesome! I can’t stress enough how convenient and overly satisfied I am with this store! Mike gets it done!!!

I drop off Amazon returns all the time here. The staff is friendly and courteous. One time in the parking lot, I pulled up next to the guy who either owns or manages the store and he offered to carry my packages in and save me the trip.

The fact that it's veteran-owned is a big plus to me. I like to support local businesss and have always had a positive experience here.

Nothing but smiles and great customer service at this location. Thank you UPS for also taking my USPS packages, it saves me so much time and is way more convenient than having to make a separate trip to the post office. Keep up the good work!

My first interaction here, Mike and me argued over tape. After coming here for years, gotten to know the team and Miguel and Mike are of the nicest guys I know. Tape your boxes before coming to the store. It costs stores money and people abuse it, some locations even at FedEx require you to pay for tape. It’s two bucks for a roll that lasts you. They are even willing to tape it for a small fee for you of the actual costs of a roll of tape. Better than the the airy store and they are always direct when you ask questions.

This store deserves five stars. I brought in a brochure to print, and Mike took ownership of it by ensuring that the margins were correct, type did not end up in the fold, etc. He is amazing. The two young men with him have professional ethics of hard work and customer service. And everyone who walks in is treated the same. Wow.

Easily the best UPS store in frederick. Mailing letters, packages or last minute runs for notarizations, Mike and Miguel have always provided exceptional services. They make each visit stress free and provide my family and me with both a professional and personal experience! Would recommend this store to anyone who needs the best postal service needs.
