I went here for the first time on 4/14. I’m petite and have struggled for a while to find clothes that fit good. The woman working there was very friendly and attentive! She knew my pants and shirt size just by looking at me. She checked in with me frequently and found many clothes that fit perfect. I have not experienced such superb customer service in a long time!

This is where I always come to buy suits because the representatives are usually super helpful and help you put outfits together for $180 a suit jacket they kind of should however that doesn’t seem to be the standard anymore.

IN MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE, ITEMS THEMSELVES WERE VERY GOOD QUALITY WITH DIFFERENT OPTIONS HOWEVER CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS NOT THE GREATEST.

The sells staff smile and do greet you, but then comes the side stares you can feel the snooty demeanor very uncomfortable. Sad because I like the clothing selection but hate going into this store.

Please spare yourself the trouble and don't shop at this store. If I could give this store and Joe, the manager, 0 stars, I would. I ordered three white blouses in three different sizes online because I wasn't sure which size would fit me. I kept the size that fit me and returned the other two sizes. Joe, the rude manager at the store, processed a return and then almost attacked me stating that she cancelled the return because according to her the items were worn and the tags have been re-attached. The items were never worn, but I have obviously tried them on to figure out which one fits me. Why would I wear sizes that don't fit me? Joe said cancelling my return, "That is not who we are." So, you mean you are not the store that provides great customer service? In that case, we don't need to shop here. I order a lot online, typically from Nordstrom and Saks Fifth Avenue and never have any problems with orders or returns in these stores. But, apparently, in Joe's opinion Nordstrom and Saks Fifth Avenue are beneath her even though she can learn a lot from them in how to deal with customers. I just called WHBM online and they have no problem taking the items back and waiving the shipping charge. Please spare yourself the trouble and don't shop at this store. Please go to the store where the manager knows how to communicate with customers. There are lots of great stores around. There is no need for rude customer service. A nice tone and manners go a long way with customers, but I guess Joe has not gotten the memo.

I would give 0 stars if I could, Stacey is one of the most unprofessional assistant managers I have ever unfortunately had the pleasure of shopping with. The reviews of this store speak for itself. As someone who loves Soma and Chico's, I would think their sister company would also have great customer service. You get better service shopping at Walmart.
