Banner's Hallmark Shop

The Hallmark Associates at this location have top notch customer service skills. I was greeted upon entry. It wasn't a yell from across the store. The young man actually came out from behind the counter and welcomed me. He even payed me a compliment on my Snoopy Holiday Sweatshirt.
When I found the item I wanted to purchase, I went to the counter to asked for assistance the young lady smiled said absolutely and immediately dropped what she was working on and helped me gather my purchases. (I'm not lazy I'm disabled and walk with a cane) Her care was very much appreciated especially when we arrived at the counter to checkout. She opened a second register to help me so I wouldn't have to wait while the gentleman finished with his customer.
When she was putting in my Hallmark rewards card she realized it was not connected to my phone and email address that I have had forever. Thanks to her I now have a card where I can start accruing points.
Banner Hallmark is on the other side of town, but because of this staff and the beautiful lay out of the store. I will always go there to make my Hallmark and other gift purchases.

All I can say is this will be the only hallmark I will shop at for now on. Everyone was so friendly! Nick and Cami went above and beyond for me to make my Christmas errands a breeze! From greeting every single person who came into the door to periodically checking in on all of us they really showed superb customer service skills. I could go on and on but I’ve worked in sales management for years and I was very impressed! Happy Holidays thanks guys!!

Awsome place to shop. The people are so nice and helpful. The selection is great, so many different items to selection from.

Very friendly staff, nice location and great stock. Lots of Maryland items too which is nice when looking for gifts in addition to cards.
