The UPS Store

I recently had the pleasure of receiving exceptional service at the UPS Store during my last visit, and I couldn't be more impressed especially since the store was closing running in after work. Joey, the associate who assisted me, went above and beyond to ensure a smooth and efficient transaction. I could not be more grateful for both Joey and his manager Jesse. They exceeded expectations to help me during the entire process.

Great customer service! Ms. Key even made me smile! 😊 I was greeted as soon as I walked in by a gentleman assisting a customer. Ms. Key then took care of me. She made my Amazon returns so easy! She was very patient as well as I was trying to figure out how to work the phone for the return! 👍🏼

For an Amazon return I was in and out in probably <30 seconds! Very easy, good parking, and friendly service. I’d definitely go to this location again. Thanks!

The gentlemen here were very helpful and laminated quickly what I needed for a ministry need of mine. Truly a blessing! Love this location because they are friendly, polite and have wonderful customer service!

Joey has the most amazing attitude and personality! You definitely need more people like him not only that but the following day I went in to drop off a package for a neighbor and he was coming into work and just the way he greets his coworkers and carries himself gives us the customers the best feeling that we chose the right UPS store for our needs 👍🏼😇

This UPS store has great customer service! I had a very important package sent with the wrong name from the seller and it was going to be returned and ultimately delay the delivery for days. Jesse the Manager helped me sort out the issue while being super responsible about making sure the package was actually intended for me. I really appreciated their great customer care :)

Came by at the last minute to send some packages. At about 6:25 pm. I came in with nothing together no labels , no boxes, nothing. These guys stayed late to help me figure every out. Even took in other clients after closing time. Jesse and his coworker were very friendly and helpful. They even helped me ship something I been holding on for months. Definitely will come back for future business.

Kevana was amazing. There was an issue with the label the company sent us to return a package. She was able to figure it out, so helpful and patient. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

Walked in & had great help from the manager. He told me what could & couldn't be shipped without the attitude unlike other shipping stores around San Antonio. Plus it's around the North Star area to have fun after business is taken care of. Ask for Jesse.

This location on San Pedro did an awesome job had gone to another UPS store but they said they couldn’t help me ? But Ursula did a fantastic job and took the necessary time required to finish the problem I had . She also had help from her manager he also was very helpful. The store was great to visit all the employees had great personas. Thank You Again

Visited on a Saturday afternoon and it was empty. I was there to drop off an Amazon return and was helped right away by a nice employee. I was in and out in 2 minutes. Good experience.

Great customerservice. I had to go through the task of printing resumes and they helped me pick out paper. Also I didn't even know bit you can drop off usps stamped letters there instead of waiting at the post office.

I have been to many UPS locations and this by far has been the BEST one. Customer service is definitely great! They’re patient and try to make your transactions as smooth and stress free as possible. I was able to email the store so labels I needed printed, they got it done in no time and offered me the bags for my items to go into that didn’t cost an arm and a leg. Angelica was awesome! Will definitely recommend her and this location to everyone! Thank you!

I had three bags of shred and chose this UPS store 0344. The lady who greeted me was so helpful, professional, kind and fun. She had an awesome personality. The gentleman who I believe is the manager was also super polite and helpful. Who knew going to UPS store could be such a fun experience! Well it is at this store. It is clean, organized and welcoming. Best customer service ever. Thank you.

I go here often to do my Amazon returns. Angelica ALWAYS greets me with a smile (even early on Monday mornings -Ha!) and completes my transaction with care. I never feel rushed. She is SO sweet and professional -- always answering my questions and often giving me pointers to help me with packing and tracking packages! This is a great UPS location, especially because of her!
