I stopped in today, asking them to test the battery. They tested it for free and the battery was not good. He then help me choose a new battery and install that in my vehicle on the spot. The battery was fully charged and worked perfectly well for what I need. Very happy with a Service. I will definitely stop back.

Called in to order tie rods and Dave was the most helpful. Computer showed they had them but Dave went to check, turns out they had to order one of them. Thanks Dave for making sure of availability before I came I'm and was disappointed.

This O'Reilly always has the parts that my local store does not. It literally never fails, their stock is either just better or they have less people who need the things I need I guess. Anyways they have very friendly and helpful staff at this store and I never feel like I'm being talked down to and I never get that dumb feeling when I go here. Makes the whole process much better. Keep it up.

I showed up late at night with a barely running car and Brian the manager went above and beyond in the cold to make sure my new battery was installed correctly and everything was working. Thank you.

I came to get my battery tested and ended up needing to purchase a new one. I believe it was Jonathan that helped me out with getting the correct battery and then also very graciously came out a second time in the very cold and wet weather to replace it for me too. I was very grateful for his help and pleased with my overall experience.

So grateful to the guys working last night! Thanks to them, both me and my car arrived home safely. They helped me identify the immediate solution and then took the steps they could to get me back on the road. They even sat with me to keep me company while I waited for my car to cool down. I couldn't have asked for a nicer pair of guys, and they did everything possible to provide assistance and keep my spirits high. Glen and his staff are amazing. Everytime Im there they go above and beyond what is expected. This time in particular I was having a hard time removing the 3 rear spark plugs on a 3.8 engine. Two of the team members came out to assist and did not stop till it was done. But I still had a misfire going on, and they helped figure out that it was a control module and again did not stop. As a mother of 4 and a tight budget I cannot express my gratitude enough for keeping me out of a repair shop. Keep up the great job. -Stefanie
