Go to build a bear for my children's birthday every year ! My daughters love it and the staff is super friendly insuring the kids enjoy there time.

We went to Build a Bear for my daughters 2nd birthday and she absolutely loved it. There was an amazing deal and we left with two! Staff was helpful and pleasant

They took such good care of us. You could tell that the staff really love kids. So much patience and so helpful. My niece and my sisters are thrilled with their bears.

Joelle (manager) helped my older son have a smile on his face the rest of the night. He couldn't stop talking about how kind she was and how awesome a person she was. Clean shop, good selection, super friendly staff. Joelle did a wonderful job hand stitching my froggie up when the manufacturer stitching had an issue.

Took 3 kids there as a reward for being good on the trip and Easter was coming up anyways. They had some decent sales on certain animals. One got a eve one got a kitty and the other a princess bunny. The kids faces lit up when they got to "wake" the heart before it was placed into the animals and sealed up. Very busy place

You can build a Bear or other animals. Including Paw Patrol , Mickey mouse , Star wars and others. Starting at $12. For the smaller ones. Most are around $24. Children can help in the making of their bear. Each Bear gets a personalized birth certificate. Clothing and other accessories available for sale . They made it a fun experience!

My kids and I always love coming in here for a fun experience. It's so much fun being able to pick out your character, animal, or bear and build them to your liking. Stuffing the bear, animal, or character to your liking: soft or firm. It's fun to pick out a sound, saying, song, or personal recording to put in the hand. Then you get to pick out an outfit or 5 and some accessories. Plus you can get different things like a bed, chair, or whatever for your new friend. Then you get to name your best friend or gift (if you're gifting to someone special). They sell special backpacks to carry your new bestie on your back or other ways to get new friend home or gift to the destination. It can be pricey especially if you get a special character but they have reasonably prices teddy bears. They also will have characters or animals on a special sale. So it adds up quick if you do a sound, purchases more expensive stuffed animal, and purchase extras (clothing, accessories, etc) but there's things you can find on sale or clearance. But it's not everyday you're building a best friend. So it's a fun special occasion.

I went here a couple of weeks ago to get a birthday gift for my friend, and it was a wonderful experience! The staff was so nice and helpful, especially Sierra. She made me feel so welcomed and actually convinced me to get a bear for myself (no regrets lol). I'll definitely be back, please tell her thank you again from me! :)

My daughter was so happy to come here. Prices are actually not bad, it's just when you add a ton of outfits and whatnot that it adds up. But we ended up dropping an item that we paid for and the clerk called me right away to let me know so we were able to come back and get it. So that was super nice.

The lady that worked with us was very nice and talkative.

We went with our almost 4 year old for our yearly Build-a-Bear trip, figuring we would take extra precautions given the Covid-19 pandemic. We went in armed with hand sanitizer and our masks, but were also greeted by a wonderful staff of people who did a great job of ensuring the safety of their guests with their easy to follow signs and directions throughout the store. They adapted the way they interact with the kids by creating special and fun directions for the kids to follow during the creation of their bears, much like a game of Simon Says. They took extra care to gently remind kids about staying safe and social distancing without being rude or uncaring while also being respectful towards the grownups with each child. The store was clean and organized, and we will definitely visit this location again!! Our daughter is typically very shy, and the woman at the stuffing station was incredibly patient and kind with her. By the end of our trip, our daughter felt safe enough to open up and engage with the rest of the staff. 5 stars all around!

Maipla and Brian were so patient, kind, and fun

Great place but a little pricey. But hey, who can put a dollar value on a child's teddy bear that will bring comfort to a child during a thunderstorm or security during everyday things. Plus your child gets to make their own. I wish they had one around when I was a child. I highly recommend!!!

Love the attention to detail no matter the age of the customer

Great place for a personalized stuffed animal. From Pokémon Harry Potter to Baby Yoda. Staff is very friendly and they seem to enjoy what they do. It makes the experience for the kids awesome. I would highly recommend going.
