My favorite Starbucks location. Everyone is so friendly. They address me by my name & know my Favorite with my customized requests.

I don't typically expect a chain stop like Starbucks to offer a personal touch to their service. High volume with a quick turnover is the norm for most; I was lucky to have come to this Starbucks at the right time. This site has an extraordinary employee who provided that personal service in a friendly and professional manner. Christine was knowledgeable on the food items to aid me in my choice for a low calorie lunch. Despite having a long drive through lane, she did not make me feel rushed. Her recommendation on a coffee choice has given me a new favorite and a reason to come back to this site.

Wonderful staff! The cashier (Miss Allison) very friendly, helpful, and professional, and the barista (Miss Kaila) took extra care to make my drink exactly the way I like it -- and heavy cream can often be challenging to foam.

My drinks had been only filled halfway so I called and Tyler the supervisor was very kind and solved my issue very quickly and was super sweet overall

Good quality drink. I called before coming to this location as I am on a PCOS diet and just had surgery to correct my PCOS, therefore I have to follow a strict diet now. I called asked for suggestions and if they had anything to complement the diet. I talked to a Jaime and she was very nice and knowledgeable. And she gave me a very good suggestion. Thank you!

Huge shout out to Max for his kindness and generosity. I was 2.5 hours from home, unfamiliar with the area, and my phone broke. I didn't know how to get home without GPS. I ordered a drink at the counter, told him my situation, and he didn't hesitate to help me with directions. He even went out of his way to write down the route for me. He went above and beyond to help me. I got my order super fast and I was on my way in no time. Thank you so much Max for being a kind and lovely human. I'm grateful to have made it home safely thanks to you. Keep being amazing !!

Went here to get 3 drinks and it went really quick in the drive thru took less than 3 minutes to go through the drive thru, really nice Starbucks exterior too

Love stopping into StarBucks for a delicious frappe treat! I always bring the pups after a vet appointment for their fav pup cup.

We always do drive up. Do not be discouraged by lone drive through lines! They dwindle pretty quickly do to fast service. Window person is always friendly. Drinks are made to specifications. I have never had a drink made incorrectly! Prices are fair market. Drinks tasty!

Pretty typical Starbucks, people were friendly and service was actually pretty quick considering how many people were in there and the line in the drive through. Only real complaint that I have is not really a knock to this store, or any particular Starbucks for that matter, and that is that they are too expensive. For what you get and the size you get they are just very expensive. But like I said that's my problem with the company and not this particular store so if you notice I did not take off any stars because of my feelings towards the company as a whole.

Best Starbucks in town, way ahead of the competition. This should've been the norm in every SB.

Service was ok. Wasn't greeted at register. Had to wait about five minutes before someone greeted and took our order. Name wasn't called out when drink was ready. Had to wait an additional five minutes for glazed donuts.

Turkey day always means things are busy. And the staff is rocking it today. Even with some rude people complaining about the long time. Amazing staff and they were working as quickly as they could! Amazing job!

Excellent staff with excellent coffee. This location truly lives up to the standards all Starbucks should follow and aspire to overcome. Pricing, albeit identical at all locations, is a very big bang for your buck. ACOCA Coffee and Copper Rock Coffee Company located in the central downtown area may charge similar amounts, but the maximum size of their drinks are only 20oz. compared to Starbucks' 24oz.

Shoutout to the staff working the day after the big storm/tornado hit. Being one of the only places around with power, that location was extremely busy. I had placed a mobile order for two drinks, but only one was made, so I was waiting for the other. I was asked right away if I had everything from my order. I said I was waiting on another drink still, and the barista apologized assuring me they were just backed up and it would be out shortly. After about 5 minutes and still no sign of my second mobile order drink, the same barista asked what the drink was that I was waiting for, and said she would make it right away since it was possible my order was missed or someone else took it by mistake. The barista checking on my order made my experience great, since I would have been waiting a while if she hadn’t, but even while I was waiting for my second drink, that team was operating like a well oiled machine. Everyone was calm even under the pressure of being extra busy and things going wrong, everyone was helping each other out without hesitation, and they made sure everyone was getting the best customer service possible.

I am a regular and find the Starbucks on Northland to be the best in the Fox Cities. Any issues are resolved quickly and staff is efficient. Parking is the real problem at this location with no way to exit front parking when there is a drive thru line. There is nothing the staff can do about the parking so it gets 5 stars even with the parking problems.

Thank you to this location and shout out to Adam Bohnsack who answered my phone call and supported local teachers! This location willingly donated some cups for my classroom use and made an awesome cup of Nitro Cold Brew! I appreciate the love and support you give to educators. I'll be returning for my love of coffee and patronize this location.
