Dairy Queen

I ordered two cakes from this dairy queen within two week's. Both cake's turned out beautiful, my daughter loved them! The taste is alway's yummy. The cake's were made before the pick up time/date's, so I was able to pick up them early if needed. Candee reached out to me when I was originally just going to do a white plain cake because I did not see any designs I liked online when I ordered and sent designs of rose gold themes she had done. I went with one of her design's. I was blown away from her amazing customer service. You don't see this great of customer service anymore. Very pleased with my experience's!

Candace is the piping guru! I purposely drive 25 minutes OUT of my way to pick up one of her beautiful, custom made cakes for me! Staff are always friendly and personable whenever you walk through the doors. Will always be a returning customer!

My family and I have been coming to this DQ for a very long time. It’s clean, well kept, their blizzards are always fantastic, and most of all, the staff is so kind! We’ve been wanting to get one specific night workers name for a while, blonde hair, always pulled back in a braid or ponytail, always has a headband on, and very tall. She deserves a lot of praise, shes fantastic!!! Every time we’re in there shes busting her butt managing counter, cleaning things, always giving good and helpful directions to what I’m assuming are trainees? Quick on her feet, and so polite. Every time my fam and I are in there and see her we make sure to go to her register. Seriously, I have never seen someone multitask so seamlessly and fast in my life. 5/5 stars for the service and kindness we receive there. Thanks for making family time such a lovely experience DQ! I hope that girl sees this too. You guys are all awesome!

Stopped for a little treat with hubby. He got the double fudge brownie blizzard and I got the banana cream pie one. It was pretty good! There are small cookie pieces and little chunks of banana. The service was excellent. We were even told about a charity promotion for next week. Will be back. Yum!

First DQ I'm the state of Wisconsin. Best in the nation. They have the only decent selection of deli bars. When visiting Appleton, we came back to this location three or four times in order to enjoy the wide array of flavors.

My teen was employed by Dairy Queen, and their willingness to accommodate his busy schedule and work around his extracurricular activities was truly remarkable. They never placed pressure on him to prioritize work over his school commitments. I'm grateful for the kindness they showed my teen and for providing him with his first job opportunity. My teen learned many skills including time management, communication, customer service, and so much more! I recommend Dairy Queen to anyone in search of a fantastic team that imparts invaluable, lifelong employment skills to everyone, including teens and first-time workers! Ordered a birthday cake online and it was absolutely perfect. Really gorgeous and truly above and beyond. The decorator wrote a nice little note on the package I thought was really sweet and most importantly the birthday child was absolutely thrilled with it. Would definitely recommend and look forward to ordering again. Thank you!

Local landmark, the first DQ in Wisconsin and because of this they get a little more personal management than your typical chain restaurants. Staff is fast and friendly. We always get the kids ice cream cakes from them.

The soft serve ice cream is really good at Dairy Queen! The quality is good, almost no matter where you go the ice cream tastes the same. The Blizzards and Shakes aren't safe because they mix peanut candy in it.

Super fast service and delicious food! Everyone was very nice and the food got to us quick and tasty! Pretty cheap too considering it's all totally organic and local! Great vegan options and gluten free options as well!

Great service again and again. They got your cool treats covered and all the cakes too!

Best dairy queen I have ever been to. I love there flowers,and landscaping and outdoor benches for resting after a bike rideand dilly bars. Great ice cream cakes for parties.

They absolutely delivered on an extra uwu cake! It was so cute and adorable, everyone loved it.
