Panera Bread

Great staff every time I come in! Shoutout to this location for providing great customer service! They were extremely accommodating with helping me set up my unlimited sip club rewards and understanding of the transaction problems. I had also forgot I ordered a pastry and 30 minutes later a staff member remembered and ran it out to me. The food was okay, the baguette was stale, other than that it's always been good.

Haven't been here in years and I had a pleasant experience. The Southwest Chicken Melt and Oatmeal Raisin Berry Cookie were delicious. All of my food was prepared correctly and served warm. Aden was very friendly and helpful at the counter. I hope to be back again soon!

Yesterday I came in to pick up a uber eats delivery and one of the items the customer requested was unavailable. I was a little flustered as the order was already very little paying and I couldnt get ahold of the customer to discuss a replacement. I tried to resolve the issue and somehow the app ended up booting me off the order, which as a delivery driver is very annoying as it was a waste of time and gas. The kind gentleman working at the counter (I wish I remembered his name) was extremely kind and gave me the cookie he was going to substitute in the order and told me that he hopes it makes my night a little better. It was a small gesture, but it honestly made me whole day!

So me and my partner just got to our car to leave after eating, and Cheri came up to us in the cold to give us two cookies! I don’t know if we forget them with our order or she gave us two free ones, but either way we are thankful to her and Panera for that. If you see this Cheri, thank you!!

Very good salads. The service was very good as well, we got our food less than 5 minutes after ordering. This is a good place to eat if you are trying to be healthy without sacrificing convenience. They have plenty of healthy choices for a decent price.

Love coming here for a nice soup and sandwiches! Everything was great every time.

Craving a yummy squash soup?!? Panera is where it's at! 1/2 Chipotle Chicken sandwich and a Squash Soup is so yummy! A must try! Staff was so friendly and there was actually a lot of them! So good for you Panera! They also have great drinks as well!

Went through drive thru! Service was Awesome!

Store hours on website said 8pm, nothing more. Made the drive up from Neenah. Once arrived the person at the counter said they were only doing take out from 6pm on. Since when? And why isn't it on the website? We didn't drive there to eat in our car. Plus the place looked pretty dirty, food remnants on floor from customers. Like many other restaurants that need more help.

Will always come back here for their delicious soups. French onion is the best! I love their sandwiches and always order and half and half with my soup. Staff is not overly friendly. The Mac and cheese is delicious but seems overpriced to me.

Blonde girl at the window was over nice gave us a free cookie for my kids and made me a wonderful salad. Definitely will be coming back

Excellent food with multiple layers of flavors. Had a cup of tomato soup and a half of a Mediterranean vegetable sandwich.

I love this Panera. I order from them frequently and today my order got messed up. It was delivery and some things were forgotten. I called and talked to Faye, she quickly fixed it and called and had it redelivered. She was really nice about it and I’m sure they were super busy and didn’t mean to mess up. But I really appreciate them making it right. Thanks so much Faye!!!

Easy to order online then pick up. My order was ready quicker than I anticipated. Minimal time between hockey games and food was DELICIOUS as always. (Chipotle chicken flatbread is my son's favorite!!)

Had a great breakfast. The bagels are always soft. We where able to order lunch also shared the soup and half sandwich with my wife. Did not disappoint. I didn't like that the large cup for the ice coffee here was smaller than in Chicago.

The place seemed a little rough around the edges but I think they were in the middle of switching out some interior stuff. Haven't been there in a couple years but the Turkey Bacon Bravo sammich was still yummy!

Great customer service and great quality food. I was there this past Saturday at around 5pm and they had a little miscommunication with an allergen but they quickly fixed the problem and made us a whole new salad. Overrall this is my favorite Panera location. Their staff is always super helpful & kind! 🙂 And it's very rare to receive even decent customer service at most fast food restaurants nowadays.

The food is fantastic, but most of all it's fresh! I like the relaxing atmosphere when I eat in and the speedy line when I go thru the drive-thru. I have ordered their grain bowls the last few times I've eaten there and they are so delicious and nutritious! In the past I've ordered their soup, sandwiches and salads and I've been very happy with each and every one.
