AT&T Store

We bought an Iphone15pro on Saturday and also bought a Wall Charger Bundle. When we got home, we found that the salesman gave us the wrong Charger and couldn't use it. I took it back for exchange today (Sunday). The service lady quickly solved all the problems and also helped us solve the problem of not being able to use face time. Her attitude was very good and deserves praise.

I went to this store inquiring about switching from Tmobile to AT&T. Now mind you I was a Sprint Customer since 1999. I loved the company as I used to work there as well while in college. That is the one and only reason why I was a customer of Tmobile was because of their merger. Let's just say Tmobile would never get a 5 star review. I am giving store manager Alejandro a 5 star review for stellar service, getting a few things that needed handled taken care of and my account with all it's lines up and running and good to go. My parents use this Att store and I just want to thank the person who helped us, I believe his name was Alex, but he was just so patient when trying to explain to my 73 year old father the difference between iPhone storage and cloud. Like thank you so much for his patience. Highly recommend this place.

Switch carriers from Verizon to ATT. The staff was very helpful and the service was quick. Bring in your current device and it will take less than 30 minutes to set up a new account. Thanks for all of your help.

We went to an att store in Reston. We were not happy with the customer care and drove out to Dulles Town Center Mall and in the store we were greeted with Brandon who was by himself but still gave us excellent care. We walked away with two brand new phones and very pleased. Brandon was very knowledgeable, patient and was very attentive to us. Wonderful experience!!

Brandon was a huge help switching me from Verizon to AT&T and upgrading my phone! He made the process easy and he’s only been there for two months. I appreciate his excellent customer service!

The employees (Cameron, Alex, and Daniel) were super friendly and knowledgeable. They ported my number over from Verizon with ease. They knew where in my Verizon app I needed to go to unlock my number and generate a transfer pin. They also got my AT&T app set up. And they got my watch number up and running right away. Awesome bunch of employees. I’ve always liked using a corporate store. But these guys far outshine the corporate stores.

Hasib h. Was very welcoming and helped us with everything we asked for! We came in needing to replace our screen protectors and ended up with our bill dropping $40. Definitely recommend this store and the staff! Add another 5 stars.

Robert S is one of the best sales/customer service associates I have ever worked with. He was incredible, very knowledgeable and patient. He put out problem by problem. Very thankful for him. Also, Dallas, the manager, was fantastic. He was also kind and helpful. Highly recommend these people!

Really easy and helpful staff, especially the store manager Hasib. I returned a phone after a week for a new one and they made it seem less. I also had the opportunity to see a customer who couldn’t communicate with staff from a language barrier and they were very patient in explaining and using apps to try and accommodate him.

Sitting at Dulles Town Center on Martin Luther King Day 2021, still fighting the Covid scourge. Have been a long-time ATT customer and stopped by this shop last Christmas eve and bought a LG J 92 5G phone. Works well but it is delicate (especially as ATT has no cases for its exclusive phones. Got a replacement from Assurion and stopped by to transfer data. A few days ago an associate was having problems but sent me home to try via internet. Did not work so returned and raised a ruckuses (thanks ATT customer loyalty team). Dallas Weems, store manager stepped in and solved everything (cord connection was so bad he had to hold it delicately as it downloaded. Sitting here with a working phone thanks to Dallas' heroic (corporate take notice of your asset. Still a bit disappointed about "exclusive ATT" phone lack of accessories but that is ATT corporate. If you have a problem go to this ATT and make sure Dallas is aware of what you are seeking. You will not leave disappointed and you will enjoy the knowlegeable, courteous attention. GO (not all ART locations are alike so note Dulled Town Center.

Nicole was amazing, very knowledgeable, very patient and able to explain our new phone purchase and billing credits. Ahe was helpful w picking out phone accessories and letting me try a new phone to upgrade. AT&T does value loyalty!

I was having trouble with my cellphone, and decided to go in and see what new phones were available. I personally hate switching phones because of all the difficulties that come with it. Mr Hasib was comforting and guided me through out the whole process. Left the store with a brand new iPhone with all of my information! He even showed me new features that I wasn’t even aware. Will definitely be coming here for all of my future needs and recommend this place for anyone that’s looking for a great experience! Thanks Hasib!!

Today I visited the AT&T Store at the Dulles Town Center, I was really hoping I would find a kind store employee to help fix a problem I was having with my phone.. I found an awesome employee, her name is Fabiana. She did a terrific job figuring out the problem, I appreciated her patience with me also. A Grateful Senior..

I’ve purchased or upgraded phones and tablets at this store many times over the past 10 years. I have also used other stores in the area, I’ve never had a bad experience- but this location at the Dulles Town Center is my go to favorite... and today’s experience explains why.
I’ve been overpaying for my services for some time now, and I’ve tried numerous times online and over the phone to get the charges corrected. I had a very poor experience with ATT phone escalation support recently and decided to go to the store for help... and to upgrade my phone in the process.
Alessandra helped me with my upgrade, and helped me resolve some of my billing problems - she was very patient, easy to talk to, and explained things to me clearly and plainly - she displayed some real customer first behaviors that not only put me at ease but also returned my confidence in the AT&T brand. Her manager, Dallas, was also helpful and friendly.
In all, this store and the employees represent AT&T well.
And the store is clean, comfortable & inviting.
I highly recommend!! Thank you Alessandra for your help today!

They are not just about the sale, but about after sales support - They want a customer for life and do not want the "churn" other wireless carriers deal with of customers going to a new carrier - They offered mea. phenomenal deal on a phone, a tablet and a watch, and have supported me over the last year with all my customer service needs- Top notch store!
