Really great customer service by the guy putting stuff on the shelves, was also very helpful to give other suggestions. They have really cute options I hadn't seen before.

i love this store. they have so many sporting goods for exactly the price you'd expect to pay. this store has very nice employees and they're super nice to me and everyone else around me. they are always stocked up with the latest gear as well

Golf department was great! Scott helped me get new grips put on in time for my late afternoon tee time! Would definitely recommend coming here to get all your golf needs taken care of

Great variety for all your sports needs. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable but at times hard to find. If your a fishing person their fishing selection is great also. Sneaker selection is great and at times they have shoes the big shoe stores don't. Clothes section is also big and well organized. Overall a great store.

Scott, who assisted us during our visit, was very knowledgeable and very friendly.
The store has an excellent merchandise selection thus you never leave it disappointed and the helpful staff will make always sure that all your needs have been met.

We used to have a big DSG store in fairfax but it was closed and moved to a smaller lot in the fair oaks mall with a small stock. So i went to the Dulles one. Even though it didn't seem they have a lot of staff around, but I was greeted and offered help quickly.

I was assisted by Ralph, who took the trouble to identify the model and price tag of the kayak for me and then an another round for a discount with the store mgr since the kayak was apparently the last one, missing manual and was stained some black marks, and then another round to help me to carry the kayak to the check out and eventually to my car.

He was so patient with me when I told him that I was not sure that my car would be large enough to carry the kayak inside, and I may need to return it if the kayak didn't fit in. While I was waiting at the check out, Ralph took the trouble to clean the stains on the kayak for me. I really appreciate his assistance patience and kindness. If it was not the professionalism and helpfulness of Ralph, I might not be able to purchase the kayak in the first place and carry it inside my car.

All in all, a pretty good sporting goods store and great staff!

We went in to replace my son's baseball sunglasses which he'd lost on a trip. While the glasses on display weren't perfect, the person behind the display was patient and great with us in getting glasses out. She also recommended looking upstairs for cheaper options, since I was giving my son grief about the cost. In the end we got a pair of display glasses, and the staff were great at cleaning and packaging everything. I always leave here feeling good about my purchases.

Staff is kind and will make sure you find what you're looking for. I've purchased several items including camping knifes, arrows, bow string wax, and shoes from here and never had a bad experience. You really could spend hours going through their inventory...

Linda was super nice and let me know the item I was purchasing was buy 1 get 2 free and I brought 2 to the register. I'm struggling with a sciatic nerve condition and she offered to go upstairs note escalator was not working to get me the 3rd item. That really meant alot to me thank you.😊

I just want to buy everything in the store. It's like a candy store for sports & recreational clothing and equipment. In many cases, their prices are actually significantly less than buying on Amazon, sometimes almost half what you pay on Amazon. The sales professionals are knowledgeable and helpful. Often, you find amazing deals in the clearance section.

Awesome customer service from Gil and the crew over at Dick's Sporting Goods at Dulles Town Center. The crew was very attentive, knowledgeable, and helpful during my home gym purchasing experience. I purchased some items online and they quickly retrieved my items and made my checkout experience pretty awesome. Gil was also helpful in recommending a set of adjustable dumbbells. I ended up walking out with the dumbbells (Powerblock Sport 50) as well and couldn't be any happier! I highly recommend this store and the associates.

Me and my family have always gone here to get our gear for sports as long as I can remember. The employees are very kind and helpful. There’s nothing I can’t find there.

I needed some scent free hunters soap as I was preparing to take my daughter out the next morning on her first deer hunt. I arrived only to find the store had closed 15 min earlier. Justin Castle opened a register for me and allowed me to go upstairs where Ralph promptly helped me find the soap I needed. Justin and Ralph went above and beyond to help me and the next morning my 9 yr old daughter harvested her first deer and we now have a memory that will last a lifetime. Thanks Justin and Ralph you guys are the best!!

Ralph in the Lodge is a fantastic resource. I'd drive two states over to have him help one of my kids with their archery. Have bought several bows and many arrows from him, and wouldn't think to go anywhere else. His patience (and skill) in setting up, then tuning (particularly for my daughter) is a service that is hugely valuable -- it's like getting custom work and a lesson all in one visit. My daughter says "he's boss" ... and that's as high as it gets for her. If you're going to buy a bow, go see Ralph. Period.

I recently went to Dick's in Dulles Mall for a pair of running shoes.... All I knew is that I wanted Nike; I wanted black and I wanted cushion. I was greeted by Thomas in the shoe department. He asked what I was looking for and I gave him my requirements and added that I was kind of picky.... Thomas took me to the shoes that fit my requirements and he was able to explain the differences between them. I ended up choosing what he recommended and couldn't be happier. Thomas went out of his way to acknowledge me so I am going out of my way to acknowledge him. Thanks Thomas!
