The purchase process was quick and efficient. I was able to try a great cheap mattress in store (though they also had many more expensive options too) and delivery was free!

MY husband and I are very pleased with our experince with Mattress Firm, specifcially we had a great experince with the gentelman Mr. Moe who helped us to choose our Mattress. Moe was so patient and he helped us try several matress. He was so attentaive listening and giving us advice regarding my spine issue. In other words, Moe was so helpful and cooprative up until we got our delivery and he was asking us / checking if we have gotten the delivery well which we deeply appreciate it!

We just visited Mattress Firm at Sterling and Centreville stores and we got a five star customer service and they have provided all the useful information for us to take our decision. We were also able to replace our bed with an upgraded one under warranty.
