JC Penny is an anchor store at the mall and while others have closed, this one stays busy and still has great sales. There is a salon inside and lots of clothes for the entire family. Lines maybe long but its due to Christmas. Fun for the entire family.

i went to jc penny in hopes of finding the pink friday 2 fragrance and this really kind lady at the kiosk (she had ginger/dark red hair) was able to help me find it. it’s so hard finding this fragrance and finally found it here. thank you so much to her!!

Easy in and out for picking up online ordered items. Fast and efficient!

Great sale the day I was there. Bought two pairs capri pants size 8, $14.99 each. So cute! Good fit!

Good job on my Mom hair dye.

I went in to return a top (gift). The customer service rep tried her hardest to find the transaction using my card # but she couldn't. In the end I went out with my issue unresolved but was feeling okay because rep was cool. I didn't get her name, but I did detect an island accent. The store was clutter free and was NOT chaotic.

They have lots of clothing and miscellaneous items on clearance right now. I was able to get some satin pillow cases for under $4.

Always happy to shop at JCP. Solid classics for men for every season. If not in store its easy to find exactly what's needed online and pick up in store or shop home. They carry major brands at better prices than most other retailers. Not to mention their loyalty programs are phenomenal. I am also happy to shop at sephora inside the store for additional needs ... Fragrance, etc.

My package that I had ordered ahead of time was waiting for me and then I found lots more to put under the tree! The employees were very pleasant as well. I'll be back tomorrow for more. Thanks Penney's for always being there.

I stopped in the store and the beauty salon was right at the entrance. Without an appointment a wonderful woman gave me a great haircut
and blow dry and I was done in 25 minutes. Very impressed.

The customer service representative that assisted us with the help of Bini went above and beyond. She worked with us for quite some time while we were returning two sets of pajamas. We had the wrong gift receipts. She took every measure possible to ensure that we received the best deal possible.

I love JCPENNEY! I always find great clothes, towels, sheet sets, bedspreads, draperies,etc., at with excellent quality. Customer service is always very helpful. I have been shopping at JCP for decades. My grandmother retired from the company. I hope they stay around.

It was great, good Customer service, lots of varaities in sale and clearance, l enjoyed being their and purchased even more what l wanted and more within less of my budget l was prepared to buy with.

JC Penney.... store with a variety. Their coupon give away is tricky, in an intention to spend the 10 dollar coupon...you finally end up buying and paying more. However it's a free ten dollar coupon. Thanks JCP. Also..I found that some toys are missing parts and dresses are missing accessories. It is a pain for serious shoppers. Happy and fair shopping please.

JCP has been my favorite store for a long time. We are talking quality merchandise and a variety of products. Their prices are excellent with the opportunity of great sale prices attached. You should check out there salon.
