Sarah was absolutely amazing. She worked with my work schedule and waited for me to get off work. She helped me find everything I needed for my new apartment. She gave honest opinions and you can tell she isn’t in the business for commission. She has an eye for design and style. Rosa was excellent entering my paperwork and handling the finances. Both of these ladies are top notch, professional, and nice.

My purchase today was good experience ever with the sales guy Travis. Myself and my husband was about to stop purchasing but with the encourage and good support from our sales person Travis have us change our mind to purchase the furniture. Travis is awesome. Deontae was super helpful. I wish more sales associates were like him. He was never pushy, but available for questions. He was open and honest about pricing and even got me a seasonal discount. Definitely recommend this store. Ms.Shiry, the Manager was also great. Overall the entire team was amazing!

Just bought our purple mattress and base from Ashley Furniture!! Shiry, the general manager was AMAZING! Extremely knowledgeable, professional and not pushy! Loved our experience! It was far better than the actual Purple store! We could’ve bought on line, but wanted to give our money to someone who truly earned it and who keeps a local business going!! Highly recommend!!

We stopped by this Ashley location to look for dining room furniture and were greeted right away by Shamila. She was extremely helpful throughout the process and gave us lots of ideas on how we could furnish our space given our current furniture. With her help, we were able to find the perfect piece for our dining room. We had a great experience and will return back to this location in the future.

Shamila is a great sale person. She is so helpful and gave me wonderful advice.
She spent generous amount of time helping me to choose a perfect sofa and loveseat.
She was aware of all store regulations and could help me with those.
She asked my first name and while communicating with me she called me by first name several times which gave me sense of friendship and comfort. Even after returning to store after two months she remembered my name and welcomed and helped me with open arms.

During my shopping experience, Ali provided me the greatest shopping experience imaginable. Throughout my time at Ashley furniture, he made it easy to navigate the store for us based on our needs, making the process of buying furniture go from seeming like rocket science to basic arithmetic that a pre schooler is capable of performing. Travis at the Ashburn location was super helpful and introduced me to some other options I had not yet considered. I still went with the sectional I had originally wanted but he definitely got me considering other ones! Also very nice he matched a price from a store all the way in Jackson Michigan! No one hates saving money and it was nice to find that beautiful couch for such a great price! 11/10

I came into the store and was generously greeted by Ali. He was very kind and respectful and was always able to answer any of my questions. I probably made him check the prices of same bed sets more than once and he was happy to each time. Shiry, the manager, was kind enough to offer us some discounts and even threw in 2 free lamp shades for my bed set. Everyone in the store welcomes you with a smile and is ALWAYS willing to help. Ask for Ali when you walk in if you want a friendly face to guide that can guide you to finding what fits best for you.
