What a great place. Nice atmosphere and happy friendly staff too.
Great drinks and cocktail selection - and the food was good quality.

Firecracker Shrimp : perfection - and bursting with flavour. Not spicy - but love the ginger flavours in there too.

Pulled Pork sandwich: lots of Smokey bbq flavour there. 👍🏻

Washed down with a nice hazy IPA.

Will come back if/when in the area.

An excellent choice for our Birthday celebration dinner. The service was very good and the food was delicious. We were greeted with warm smile the minute we walked in the door and seated immediately. Everything was hot, plated nicely and flavorful. Even the rolls, which we love were tough to put down. Overall, I recommend for any occasion and any size group.

Decent restaurant full of holiday vibes. They’ve really done a great job on decorating everything. Even my kid behaved much better than when we were at other restaurants. Salad and kids meal were great! The Calamari was fine. They’ve added in onions to make the flavor more intense I guess. The drunken ribeye was good, full of flavor. But I was a bit disappointed with the quality of the cut. For that price, I expected a bit more than that.overall it’s good experience dining there.

Went for mother's day and the food was delicious. Tex Mexican eggrolls and salmon, delicious. Even tho it was very busy, the server was very attentive and super sweet. Great photo ops outside of the restaurant as well. Definitely will return

This was our first visit to Sweetwater Tavern but we will definitely be back. I have to talk about the staff first. There was not one person we interacted with who didn’t show us the same excellent level of customer service. The customer service is so consistent that it stood out.

The food was also delicious! We loved everything we ordered. My salad was amazing! The melted goat cheese and spiced pecans were to die for. The calamari pairs very well with the sauce provided- the fried onions mixed in were also a welcomed treat. My husband seemed to enjoy his pasta since he completely cleaned his plate. The bread and butter… *chef’s kiss*

There is plenty of parking and the view of you sit outdoors is amazing. We chose to sit indoors only because I hate the heat and it was a little warm for me to sit outdoors. (I look for air conditioning at 75F lol)

It’s right next to Olive Garden but don’t be tempted to go to OG… go to Sweetwater Tavern instead. You’ll thank me later.

We love Sweetwater! It’s about 20 minutes from our house, if it was even closer we’d go there more often. I didn’t get photos of the meals, but took photos of the wheel chair access (which is great - auto-open to get into and out of the restaurant) and the indoor and outdoor areas. The food has always been awesome when we go there. We love the Field Green salad and loaded baked potato. I’ve had the halibut previously and it was really good. Their burgers are the best, seriously! They have a little char on them and the fries are also good.

Excellent service, the waiters and hosts are well trained and attentive to guest needs at all times. I've had the pleasure to be enjoy food here a couple of times, and some of my favorite servers have been Jessie, Justin, and Mert. Jessie was very sweet and handled the busy Saturday with ease and efficiently. The food is very well worth the price, sometimes the steaks can be a little inconsistent, but it's pretty rare and can usually be fixed if its a bad case. The atmosphere is very comfortable with low lighting and good music, and there is the possibility of eating inside or outside. I wasn't usually one to order appetizers until I got to try out their Tex Mex eggrolls, wow do they make some bomb Tex mex eggrolls, they always have you craving for more. One of my personal favorites is the salmon filet, very juicy, tender, and has a buttery taste. However, it doesn't really fill me up as much as their porkchop which is top tier when ordered medium and below. It comes out juicy and tender, so tender you don't even need a steak knife for it. The corn relish, mashed potatoes, broccolini, and brown butter sauce make for a killer combination. Don't even get me started with the drunken ribeye, it's just as tender and juicy. I'd probably order the ribeye more often, however the porkchop doesn't hurt my wallet as much lol. If you are into pastas, the jambalaya is a must try, add some jalapenos on top for that extra kick and you'll be more than satisfied. The staff is very caring for their guests so if one encounters an issue then they are more than likely to get it fixed by a higher up or manager. It's a must try for food enjoyers and beer conosieurs. Their beer variety and quality is great, always coming out with seasonal beers that greatly accompany the meals.

One of our favorite places. You can’t go wrong with any dish. Everything is so yummy. Favorites are the crab fritters, roast chicken, and the Ozzie rolls.

We have been coming here for years, and it’s still one of our favorite restaurants! We went for Mother’s Day dinner, and wow they run such an efficient operation there. I especially love how they cater to children, (offering them to eat first), and are so helpful with food allergies. My oldest child has severe food allergies, and the manager put me at ease explaining everything to me about their kitchen. We love the quality of the food, and the attention to detail. The waiters are always so pleasant and helpful. The atmosphere is very inviting. We can’t wait to go back. Thank you Sweetwater for another wonderful evening!

I was very pleased with my first visit to Sweetwater. The service was some of the best I've ever had. Our waiter was extremely polite and accommodating. The food was really good as well. It was a little expensive, but it was worth it. I really enjoyed the salmon.

First time at this restaurant and will definitely come back when in the area. Had a flight out of Dulles in the morning and hotel concierge recommended Sweetwater. Definitely worth it. Our waitress Lynda was amazing and the food was excellent. Had the bread basket of which the Ozzie rolls was the favorite. Also ordered the tuna salad and chicken tenders. Salad had huge chunks of tuna and the tenders had a light and flavorful coating. Wits End and Paleface beers hit the mark. Great atmosphere!

This spot is a family favorite! We go often either as a family or a girl's night out. Really good beers and wine. Every dish I've ever tried is scrumptious! I absolutely love the salmon salad with warm goat cheese. And, don't forget deserts - taste of heaven!

This was the first time I had been to Sweetwater Tavern. The food was excellent and the service was great. My friend recommended I eat the salmon and it turned out to be a great choice. Probably the best tasting salmon I've eaten. My friend had a steak and he said it was very good. My only negative comments would be the price. The prices seemed high for the portions. The salmon plate was $28 and the steak plate was $41.

Visited here for the 1st time and it was a spectacular experience! The food was absolutely delicious and I loved the variety and creativity of the menu. Our waiter was fantastic and the food did not take long to come out. We had no complaints and plan to visit again soon!

Great Easter lunch! Service was 100%. Food was fabulous, as always!

Started off with the bread basket, spin dip, and lobster bisque. Bisque was a little on the salty side but had great flavor! Spinach artichoke dip was good and just what you’d expect. The bread was different, but good, almost like a fried bread, slightly sweet with a honey butter that makes it very hard to resist. For the main, my buddy got the chicken strips, and I ordered the 12oz prime rib blackened. The waitress came back and told me they were out of the 12oz, but had the 16oz….. mmmkay, 16oz it is, but couldn’t you just…. Never mind… we split both. The prime rib was cooked perfectly and delicious, blackened is definitely the way to go. The chicken strips had really good flavor, but if they sit to long they get soggy really quickly. Over all, I’d recommend a stop in. From what we experienced, the execute dish well and seem eager to please. Good service. Oh, and a large selection of craft brews, not so much on the domestic side.

The service was great and all the food was flavorful, cooked well, and of nice quality. We would definitely return and enjoyed trying this restaurant for the first time. The Ozzie Rolls in the community bread basket were a great deal and especially delicious. The only downside I thought was that the Caesar salad was a bit overpriced...at $8 it really felt like it should have been $4 or $5 but that was my only complaint.
