The home Depot is reliable no matter where in the country you shop for home repair products and supplies. Even if you just running in for a few screws, some cleaning products and some paint, you can't go wrong. Most home depots have helpful staff, some knowledgeable people about home repairs, and a large assortment of electrical, plumbing, carpentry and related supplies.

I had a fantastic shopping experience at Home Depot. The staff were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, guiding me through the store to find exactly what I needed for my DIY project. The store was well-organized, making it easy to locate items. The checkout process was quick and efficient, and I was pleasantly surprised by the competitive prices. Home Depot truly exceeded my expectations, and I'll definitely be returning for all my home improvement needs. Thank you for providing exceptional service! A huge shoutout to Allison.

I don't often write reviews, but I had to share how wonderful the employees are at this Home Depot. Ashley in the paint department has been incredibly helpful with a few paint and project ideas this year. Every time I go to the paint department she is thoughtful to every customer giving them recommendations and advice. The other day I was in the store showing her my latest results with the Behr products she recommended. Thank you Ashley you are a rockstar!

Mehran has helped me with ordering window blinds twice now, and he's genuinely a fantastic and friendly guy. Always takes the time to share his thoughts and provides useful advice. I was surprised he remembered me since I last saw him in early 2021

Had the most amazing appliance salesman yesterday named Rick! He was very knowledgeable of all the appliances and made sure we were happy with our purchases. We will definitely drive to this location for future purchases.

This Home Depot is struggling to find and keep employees like all other retail businesses. However, unlike the employees at the Sterling Lowes, Home Depot's employees try to do their best to help customers and when they can't, they'll tell you they're new there and get you somebody who can. This happened to me during my last visit and I ended up dealing with Marcus in plumbing who is very knowledgeable and super helpful. I am sure that the new employees will be trained adequately and as they gain experience will be able to help more and more people independently.

Always easy to get in/out and rarely crowded. This is my go-to for all my home improvement needs. The prices are good, brands great, and the self checkout is amazing.

Josh, one of the managers, made my experience at Home Depot fantastic. Zubia who works in customer service worked together with him and they just really blessed my shopping experience with this Home Depot. To be honest, I’ve had some bad experiences at Home Depot, but not at the one in Sterling. I’ve always enjoyed going there. This time though, they went above and beyond, they matched the price of something that was online and I was able to save some money. They also did it with a smile. Thank you so much to both of them! Great customer service. Never had this level of service in home Depot in the past. The customer service lady was very helpful. We were there to purchase Carpet, which was very good quality and of-course good price. She explained the importance of non-slipper rug gripper and we bought it in addition to our shopping list. We are very happy that gripper choice was perfect decision. The other employee also found professional getting the update price and helping to get the carpets moving..

(46261 Cranston Way, Sterling, VA 20165, United States ) In the continuous struggle I have with deciding between the orange big box home improvement store and the blue one I normally choose based on how I was treated by staff and the availability of what I need. Yesterday I was exceptionally pleased with my visit to this particular Home Depot. I was greeted enthusiastically by Josh who helped me find the solution to the issue I was having with my bathroom drain. He was very helpful and positive. The best part, he greeted me and asked me if I needed help rather than me struggle to find help. Next, when I went to check out, I was assisted by a very friendly and happy staff member, forgive me for not remembering her name, but I’ll remember that when I left I was happy as this was the customer service experience I’ve had at any Home Depot location. If this becomes a trend I’ll choose orange over blue for a while.

I went in to look for a special type of cord for a project and had such a hard time at other competitive stores. An employee was wonderful and made my shopping experience much better than expected, they helped me find it quickly and for the best one according to the project. Left very pleased and delighted to recommend Home Depot to others!

We've used this store for years and have always had good luck with them. All the department reps have always been helpful and what makes this store stand out is the management team. While the store is often very busy, we've done several big projects through them and always had great service. When things have gone poorly, the management team has been there to support us and help where they could. We choose to go to this location over others closer to us in the region because of the service, the equal treatment they give all customers, and the engaged management. Thank you!

I have been somewhat ambivalent about this Home Depot for years, but I think it warrants a good review. The selection of plants are good but not great (usually enough for my needs), typically have most things in stock or will order for you if need be, enough lumber, and the workers were honestly terribly unhelpful for many years, but, after some training a couple years back, are much better now.

Biggest kudos of all is for the lights in the car park that are turned off each night, saving the night sky from pollution, saving them money, and saving energy, everyone wins. Thank you for that!

Front desk Cashier Mrs. Gina Somuah was so patient and helpful when I had an issue with finding a water heater in stock. Although it took several hours to finally resolve, she was there to support me the whole time. Awesome customer service from her! Give her two thumbs up. Hooray…

Carla and Gina at the customer service desk are awesome. Over two days they helped me secure my items and were able to get me the best pricing. Will definitely return to this store.

We walked into the lumber section and was immediately approached by Issaic asking if we needed help probably because we were pushing a large metal Home Depot cart. Issaic was extremely knowledge of inventory and inventory locations where it was spread out and up into slots. Issaic was very professional as well answering all of our questions. Issaic is a very knowledgeable employee to Home Depot and also had the license to be able to cut the wood we needed. Issaic is a well round excellent employee.

My favorite store. I feel like a kid in a candy shop. Store is nestled in a cozy shopping center, driven by great staff and filled with excellent inventory. Staff has always been extremely helpful and professional.

My kids love the double seat race carts, it makes our shopping experience so much easier when they are distracted. A+ Home Depot!

Just recently rented out a van for removing some moving boxes and trash. The van is awesome, back and side door for loading. Low down enough to step in with ease. It's deep and wide enough to fill up quite a bit of things, including full size rugs, tables, shelving units, wooden boards, etc. If you need to buy something big and don't want it to be rained on, get this van. You'll be glad you did.

I met "chris" yesterday and he was very helpful person and he spent more than an hour to processing my order and I highly recommand this place becouse this facillity has a great costumer service

I can't express enough how appreciative I am of this staff in my experience with them. New to the area and certainly not acclimated to the traffic from a much quieter Ohio, the customer service team went above and beyond with courtesy and understanding in returning a late rental. I was not charged an overnight fee and was given nothing but politeness even in my mistake. Very classy.
