I spoke with Alex at the AT&T store about making some extreme changes with my home service account. He went through the process as smoothly as it could possibly be done, and he was so kind! The entire staff was very helpful and super nice. I would highly recommend taking advantage of their services!

Alex was AMAZING!!! He was so helpful getting my friend a new phone and even went out of his way to help fix my iCloud. Loved chatting with him and he made the process quick and easy.

Our sales person, Alex, met us at the door with a smile. Our 91 year old brother was having issues with his phone and he was so nice and comforting to our brother. He fixed the issue as our brother said in less than 2 minutes with his magic fingers.

Went in about half an hour before closing to get a new Apple Watch. The staff patiently waited long after closing trying to get it synced to my phone. Unfortunately, it wouldn't work and I will have to go back tomorrow, but I was impressed by the staff willingness to work after hours. Gabby had a good attitude and gave great service...thank you!
