We had a wonderful experience. Our salesperson, John Tolbert, was very personable, informative, and helpful in a non pushing way. Everyone there was verry helpful. We love our new furniture and thank all very much.

When arrived was greeted by a friendly sales person. Told him what we were looking for. And helped us fine what we wanted. The staff were great. Great prices too. I would recommend this place.

Jacob was my sales person. He was very professional, and did not try to talk me into something that I did not need. He was very thorough and explaining the way that they deliver and assemble the table that we were purchasing. I highly recommend Ashley furniture And ask for Jacob in the sales department

The staff at Ashley furniture were absolutely amazing.The salesperson assured we got exactly what we needed without putting extra pressure on us to buy. The manager even made sure that any additional promotions were added AFTER we committed to the purchase. We will definitely be back for future home needs!

Salesperson Sydney was very personable, beautiful disposition. She was very helpful to me and my husband in selecting the right mattress and adjustable base bed.

The mattress was a return purchase due to it being too too soft, we took a $500 lost on our return. This policy sucks! The amount should have been applied to the new purchase.

Tremendous service from start to finish! Helped us find the perfect couch and matching recliner for our oddly shaped home, and threw in a coffee table and end stand to really seal the deal. Can't wait for it to be delivered next month. Thank you, Sydney for your awesome assistance!

We were welcomed with friendly employees, everyone was very knowledgeable & polite. The atmosphere here with employees was unbelievable, they were like family. We were given plenty of time to make our decision, we bought complete living room furniture. We would buy from here again. Barbara, the Manager & Jacob were friendly & helped us make a decision.
