Walmart Supercenter

A lot of times, it is better than Amazon. Sometimes, it could do better, but it has a high turnover rate (I worked there) in a college town, so turnover is unavoidable. Sometimes, you'll get the best help. Not all the time. I wonder what they are building over there for so long. It'd be nice if it were a road going to 6. but any money for new roads went to roundabouts. The West Jackson Demolition Derby is the worst thing about going to that store.

The store was nice and clean and the associates were extremely helpful, especially Mr les Franks who works for southern beverage! He helped me find exactly what I needed and he was so nice😊

Good store ,has everything you need for Dailey life. Veggie, meat, coffee, sugar, toys, clothes for whole family, flowers, chocolate, milk , cream plus much more.

Starting out by shouting out Tinasia and Melissa! These ladies went above and beyond to help us locate items. This place was busy and full of families for move in weekend at Ole Miss. We found what we needed. The store was definitely prepared for the families. The staff walked us everywhere if we asked for help. I was blown away by the personal service. Great job!!

Update: I completed an online grocery pickup order today. I haven't attempted pickup at this location in a long while as I've had many issues successfully completing pickup orders. To this store's credit, the order I placed yesterday afternoon for pickup this morning went very smoothly. There were hardly any substitutions or unavailable items in my order, it was ready for pickup 15 minutes prior to the scheduled window, and once I arrived the order was delivered within just a few minutes. Especially given the chaos of the impending snow storm, the team did wonderfully. I'm not sure what changes have been made recently, but keep up the great work!

In-store shopping is okay, though it seems everytime I'm in many aisles are blocked with pallets for restocking no matter the day/time. This makes it a little challenging to navigate the store especially at busy times.

Online grocery pickup at this store is practically non-existent. Though I see pickers completing orders each time I'm in the store, every order I've placed in the last year has either been delayed indefinitely or cancelled. Be aware they will not cancel the order, but ask you to do so when they fail to fulfill the order. I suspect this is so corporate can be kept in the dark about how poorly OGP is functioning at this particular location. Save yourself the trouble and drive to Batesville or Pontotoc, both of these stores handle pickup orders very well.

I'm at Walmart almost daily since the holidays. I wish it was 24 hours again, I enjoy shopping later at night.

I forgot to get photos, sometimes I forgot that I do reviews. That being said this has got to be one of the largest Walmart stores I have ever been in. The selection and variety of products was great.

Super friendly employee helped me. This was an excellent experience.

Able to get in and get out without a lot of delays.

Love this store. I recently relocated here from out of state to start a farm. This location has lots of feed options and pretty much anything I need from a regular store so far.

One of the best if not the best Walmart that I have shopped in. Much more of a selection by far than the other local super centers. Clean, neat, and organized. Even at 3 in the morning there were registers open. A+
Edit: Awful! Just Awful!I get off work and run in and grab some groceries and there are no cashiers what so ever! There are employees watching the self checkouts, but no one can check you out? And the self checkouts with the belt are not open, just the small ones! I have a half basket of food that I took the time to pick out just to have try to check out and bag my own stuff in about a 3 foot square. I just got off work! I'm sorry, but I'm not doing it! It would have been easier to check me out than have to put everything back, because I walked out.

I've dealt with Lung Cancer for some time now. I quit going anywhere for fear of covid. I finally made a trip to Wamart to pick up a couple of things I needed. It made me feel sorta free again. I enjoyed my visit!

One of the best Walmart stores I've been to. Can't beat the price and always clean and organized. Nowadays I find their fruit and vegetable corner to be fresher than other grocery stores in the area. I love the one-stop shopping, too. Their pharmacy is super efficient and fast.

Every employee is so nice and kind to me. They even remember me because I have lived here for awhile now. I love coming here and seeing the smiles on the employees faces. Especially the cart guy's they work there butts off even in the heat of summer.

I always meet pleasant helpful employees. I never use the self checkouts. I figure since I load my things into the basket, unload them on the conveyer belt, and I don't get a discount or paid to check my own things.

After doing my shopping, I got in line @ the cash register. I was 4th or 5th in line. All of a sudden a wonderful lady from customer service came over and told me she would check me out in customer service. There was no waiting. The lady was very pleasant and helpful.

We had a pickup order. I saw the text, checked in, went to the kiosk and the man (Trace?)walked right around the corner to help me. It was a wonderful experience! Clean store, friendly workers & prompt service makes it our favorite Walmart!
