Ole Miss Authentics

Needed some “Ole Miss” hats. High price for shipping but I got them in a few days.

Do not order from this "store"! I ordered two hoodies as Christmas gifts in November and only received one. There is no way to get in touch with them. The number on the invoice has numbers missing. If you research and find a number it goes to the Ole Miss Athletic Department! The only way to get in touch with anyone is to go through a third party named eFollett. They have messaged me weekly telling me they are still trying to get in touch with them. I disputed 1/2 the charge with my credit card company since I only received half my order. Finally, after responding to multiple requests from the credit card company, I got approved for the credit on my card last week. It was a lot to go through for a $60 hoodie!

I have the honor of adding another story for this infamous store.
My online order contained Ole Miss drinking glasses that were on sale with no shipping charge. When the order was placed in the area for notes to the shipper, I inserted "Please wrap carefully for shipping. Glass enclosed." The glasses arrived today in an envelope one might use to mail a t-shirt. Inside the glasses were wrapped with bubble-wrap. Within each bubble-wrapped unit, the glass was broken. In one item, the broken glass cut through the bubble-wrap and was roaming inside the light-weight envelope.

I reviewed the enclosed invoice and found no information related to a website or phone number regarding questions related to merchandise or possible returns. Only a label to provide the return to the Jackson Avenue address. There was a phone number listed as: "(662) 20-2 65" If anyone attempted to
reach another at this number, it would be impossible on planet Earth to obtain an answer with so few digits.

In attempting to provide further information on-line, I did find a reference to a (662) 915 -xxxx number. Knowing that this would take me to an Ole Miss office, I proceeded to call. Receiving a
response from an individual in the Ole Miss Athletic Department,
I posed the question: Are you aware that Ole Miss Authentic
on Jackson is listing your number, as part of their contact number on their advertising on the Internet? The answer I received was Yes! I responded with: Thank you, and then hung
up.

Since when is an Oxford retailer using an Ole Miss extension
that the Athletic Department is aware of by whoever answers?

Rather than sending broken glass through the U.S. Mail, at my
cost, in time and in dealing with debris, I am contacting my credit card company with a dispute in dealing with this retailer.

I will not be a party to an unethical firm that does not know how
to operate in the current environment that we deal with in the City of Oxford, County of Lafayette, State of Mississippi.

As an Ole Miss Alum, I'm beyond disappointed and extremely upset with the horrible customer service and online ordering process here - the worst I've ever experienced. I placed an order on November 3 for several clothing items that had just been released. My order was placed within an hour of the new gear going live on the site. After a few days, I had not received any information on tracking my order, and on November 7 I inquired with customer service (Follett - the only contact available), and was told to be patient and that they were looking into it. For over a month I would receive daily updates that my order was 'Pending', and that I would be updated soon. After multiple inquiries and being told to continue being patient, I finally received an update on December 5 that all of the items I had ordered, and really wanted, were cancelled, as they were no longer in stock. However, the bumper sticker I had added on at the last minute would be fulfilled and delivered in a few days. I can't find a way to contact anyone at the actual store. Beware and order at your own risk!

Please do not make the mistake of ordering from this company. Absolutely the worst customer service experience of my life. I don’t even know how the store remains open. They shipped me the wrong item and then wanted me to pay for return shipping. The customer service is outsourced to another country so it is impossible to explain the situation. After almost 4 weeks of trying to get the issue resolved I gave up and just paid to have the item shipped back and then reported to the better business bureau. The city of Oxford should not allow this store to remain open.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE!! I ordered a shirt a month ago and still have not received it. I keep getting told the status is PENDING. Seriously??? I expect more from someone representing Ole Miss.

Ordered two items from the site, and paid for expedited shipping so they would arrive before a football game I was attending. Only half the order shipped, the other half never delivered. It happens.

The problem is Ole Miss Authentics has no viable means of contacting them to receive a refund. I tried following their internal messaging system on their website multiple times - no response.

DM'd them on Instagram - no response

Tried calling their phone number -- connected me to the athletic department.

The shirt we received was nice, but would overall not recommend shopping here as you are at risk for paying money for a product you won't receive, and have no recourse of getting your money back. Would be a higher rating if this were not the experience.

How do you get in touch with a human here to check on your order? Besides a third party person in India? Really frustrated I can figure out what’s going on with my order
