I reserved a car online via my insurance company link - long story short- I thought I was being picked up at my hotel by Enterprise but their online system and the Oxford location were not in sync. I was in town for an emergency situation and Keunte picked up on my stress level, assured me he would be in touch when a vehicle was available and he did just that. He called with an update and then again when he was on his way! Great customer service and I will use this location again!

Troy at Enterprise in Oxford was great with issue resolution. He was in constant communication and was always friendly, personable, and professional. The overall experience was phenomenal. As far as I’m concerned there are no other places to rent a car from!!

Staff was VERY professional. I didn't catch the guy's name that helped me (I'm sure he told me what it was) but he did mention to me that he had only been there about a month. He's doing absolutely GREAT!!! Very professional and hard working.

I had an exceptional rental experience with Enterprise Oxford. Jordan and Chance went above and beyond getting my reservation complete and a fast check in on pick up day. Jordan and Mercedes was there also when I returned the vehicle and was very nice, had an enthusiastic attitude, and was very fast to deliver service to a full lobby of people. Overall it was a great customer service experience. 10/10

I had a good experience during my last visit. Everyone I encountered and spoke with were very helpful. Sanchez did a great job of providing good and fast customer service so I did not have to stay there long when picking up my rental. Chance also provided great customer service too in getting my rental returned. I will be returning for future rentals from Enterprise Oxford.

The staff at the enterprise in Oxford, Ms were all so gracious, not only to me, but to the other clients as well that were waiting for a rental. The process was very quick and I was very satisfied with the help Nicole provide. She has a wonderful spirit and a beautiful smile.

I recently rented a vehicle from Enterprise and once again they did not disappoint. All of the staff are nice and friendly. My sales person was Sanchez. I also spotted Nicole who has been there ever since I started rented vehicles. Such a great team. They deserve a raise!
