Kroger

Tonight I went to Kroger to do some shopping and I was helped by a young woman named Jaliya. She was nice enough to bring to my attention that I could save some money by using coupons that I could access with the Kroger app, which I didn't have. She took the time to set up the app and the account for me on my phone so I could save $13. I very much appreciated the time and attention she shared and saving money was great, too. I was honestly stunned by having such incredible customer service. Many thanks to her! I just wanted management to know what a wonderful job she is doing.

This place is clean and has everything. From Starbucks to flowers and of course grocery. Plenty of parking. Mostly love the art and Ole Miss vibe.

Friendly professional but really need to staff.

In my opinion, kroger offers the freshest seafood around, and the guy working in the seafood section confirmed that, he said they always sell out, and get fresh in the next day.

I purchased a cake online for a recent graduation. The entire order was online I called two days before to check if any questions.
When I arrived to pick it up it was perfect just as I had ordered.
But not only was it as I had ordered but it was a delicious cake. Thank you Kroger!!

Kroger is a great place to shop, especially since they've finally gotten finished with their expansion. You can find just about anything you need or want for cooking or eating...once you learn the layout of the store. It's got my favorite bagels, my favorite sliced deli meats and cheeses, etc. The staff is very helpful and courteous, too. Great store!

The place is undergoing improvements, so shopping is a bit inconvenient. But I will give five-stars because they were running a lot of lanes and getting people through fast. The cashier was very friendly and courteous...she gave me a Kroger card and subsequent discount, since I'm from out of town and don't shop Kroger often.

I love our Oxford Kroger. Friendly, helpful service. Wonderful selection of fruits and veggies (my favorites ). Meat, seafood and deli always a treat. Bakery items are great.

I forgot to get a receipt, so I don’t know the name of the employee working at the Starbucks around 3p on 4/29... but today all I wanted was to go to Kroger, get a coffee, and browse the store but my husband and toddler decided to come with and between her screaming bloody murder from the time we walked in the door and some super slow walkers it turned out to be an awful, sweaty, irritating experience. HOWEVER, the salted caramel cold brew you made was so on point that the first sip instantly put me in a good mood and was a nice bit of “mom time.” Thank you. I love you.

Fast convenient all in one stop

This one time I asked for something obscure from a guy and I had no idea what isle it was on. He paused for a moment without saying anything and held a finger to his ear piece to listen closely. Then, he told me an isle number and that it would be on the top shelf next to another item. It was spooky how quickly some mysterious NSA agent from the ceiling had been listening in and fed him the intel so quickly. I found my item exactly where he said. Extremely efficient grocery store.

Absolutely love this Kroger! Before moving to Oxford, I was used to shopping in Publix or Trader Joes. After one experience at Walmart (UGH), we decided to try Kroger and we haven't looked back! The staff is always helpful and knowledgeable. The produce is MUCH better than what you'll find at Walmart, though we have had issues with a few bad apples (literally). I can always find what I need and the store is easy to navigate (unless it's crowded). The prices are what surprised me - they are very comparable to a store like Walmart and there are endless sales and deals. I signed up for their rewards program and easily save $10 every time I shop. PLUS I get gas points! Be prepared to navigate crowds and lines, but ultimately it will be a quick and painless experience!

If you need food as well as cleaning products (or other stuff), this is a great one-stop. The produce is good with much variety, and it's a huge store with plenty of options.

I was in town for the 4th of July and had to work in the evening so I couldn’t grill out. I went to the Kroger and they were out front grilling and selling slabs of ribs at a great price. Really tasty.

The employees at this store are very friendly and helpful. Any time i have entered the store i have seen smiling faces from employees and customers.

For 16 years this was my shopping location. Everyone extremely helpful. I once asked for a special product and the frozen food guy was able to order it for me. Miss Kroger's. Clean and safe facilities.

Great selection. In and out very quickly. Parking is a little hard. I don't care to park way out, but I understand that neither does anybody else. Lol

If you're only going for groceries then Kroger is the place. Lots of great sales and the staff at this location is some of the friendliest! If you find yourself shopping there a lot, I would recommend getting a Kroger card. Extra sales and gas points!
