Thank you so much for your help today. Hannah and the driver who has long hair. Really helpful and understanding helping me ship things to my friend who had a family emergency and had to leave town quickly. Really brightened a sad day.

Friendly staff and fantastic service! We started getting our mail here about a month ago and everyone has been incredibly nice to us and haven't had any issues with our many packages arriving.

We had a confusing situation with setting up our mailbox but they took it all in stride and everything has been going better than I had hoped.

They also were very helpful when I called to ask about mailing a package without our box number because the automated system I was ordering from wouldn't allow me to add it.

Highly recommended!

I love this UPS store! The staff are very friendly, professional and helpful. I have a box here and get a fair amount of mail, so I appreciate having this service (also I work on the Slope, and that is never any issue). My mail is always safe and well kept.

Their hours are wrong. I do not know the correct hours however I waited 20 minutes outside their normal open time and tried the door 3 seperate times in case I missed someone opening it. Still locked. Nothing posted hours wise about covid just wear a mask and they’ll be closed on the 4th. So please update your hours ups or get someone who can be on time. We got places to be as well. Thanks.

Great fast, friendly service. They are wonderful, especially if you are comparing them to the horrible long wait, with 50 people in line and only 2 people working the counters at the Palmer Post Office. *grrrrr*

I've only used this location for a few Amazon returns, the staff does their job and I've never had an issue.

Always helpful and without an attitude. We drive 15 minutes to avoid the attitude of another store with similar services. We are glad they are here to help
