Everyone there is extremely kind and helpful, employees are always helpful and happy to talk about anything, and know their stuff!

This is the best GameStop in the area. Unlike other GameStops, the store is always very clean and well organized, and the workers here are usually very friendly and helpful. Carter (I believe his name is) is the best employee here. He is extremely nice, knows his stuff, and isn't pushy like other GameStop employees I've encountered. Y'all better fight tooth and nail to keep him, GameStop.

They have a nice store and very polite employees and since this location opens up early I didn't mind the 8 minute drive

We stopped in here while on a road trip and had the friendliest cashier! Carter was so helpful and patient with all my husbands crazy questions! :) The manager was also very kind and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this location, wish we had this level of customer service in San Antonio!

Best gamestop in the whole humble/kingwood/porter area hands down Manager is super friendly and helpful. I have to drive a little further to get to this location but it is worth it the staff is amazing and the store is always clean and nice.

The staff working here was very friendly, helpful, patient, and met my needs along with other customers while I was there. Their store was arranged in a way that felt spacious yet let you browse through their wide variety of items.

This is my main GameStop, and it’s great! Returns are easy and the staff is very nice. They have everything from Consoles and accessories from game merchandise. They almost always have what I need. One thing I will say is that if you’re looking for something that just came out, it’s probably sold out. For example Elden Ring or Xbox Series X or PS5.

The Porter store always gives me the runaround the Kingwood store helps me so much the people that work there are angels sent from God to help us with all of our gaming needs I highly insist that you used this store rather than Porter the manager is very nice and how they do business is very pleasing thank you for being there

Good stuff.....friendly staff. Long haired dude at the counter has good sales skills, not afraid to pitch what would seem like an impossible sale...someone needs to offer him a sales position.

I went to this GameStop recently and had THE best experience! James was able to help me find exactly what I needed and was very knowledgeable. Out of all of the GameStop’s in the area, I will most definitely be coming back to this location solely because of how great of an experience James created. Thank you James for all of your help!

Every time I go into GameStop its an awesome experience, the staff is always so welcoming and professional, they are always willing to help you in any way needed! I would definitely recommend this store to anyone trying to find a new game or console!

This is my Gamestop, I walk in and the staff know me and greet me everytime. They always have what I am looking for from games to merch. The staff are knowledgable and attentive, love this game store!
