I went in for help choosing a dress for my daughters golf banquet. Honestly, I could not have asked for better service. The three women working all gave my daughter their full attention and really thought outside of the box to accommodate her youthful style and fuller figure. They were truly the sweetest, every last one of them, and my only wish was that I could have purchased directly from them instead of having to call the branch in the Woodlands (for sizing reasons.) I will definitely be back to purchase for myself, as I saw so many amazing options that I want to enjoy for myself!! Keep up the wonderful work ladies!! You were a blessing to us today!!

I cannot say enough great things about my experiences at WHBM, especially with Jennifer and Shannon during the COV19 pandemic. I haven't made a trip to WHBM that wasn't delightful since I was introduced to this gem over a year ago. The reason why I highly recommend WHBM is the honesty and knowledge to make me look and feel amazing. Seriously, take a moment to shop at Kingwood's WHBM because employees like Jennifer treat customers with the utmost respect to help find the perfect look using expert advice and keen sense of style!

Today we were greeted cheerfully (yeah) but other times have walked in without receiving an acknowledgement. We browsed the various sales racks, tried a couple of things on and left.

Enjoyed my shopping experience. Customer service was top-notch! The store is very clean and very attractive.

A nice womens boutique if you would like, "better quality." The prices can run expensive and most apparel doesn't go on sale.

Honestly I have shopped here for many years and normally they are very welcoming and helpful.... but here lately if you are not dressed to par you don't get the same service.... I have started making the drive to the Rice Village to shop at their store... from the minute you open the door they welcome you this was the way they did business. The personal shopping experience... I hate to say it but I have not received that from the Kingwood location.

Convenient location with a lot of open parking; however, I find the sales associates, in general, are less than helpful and sometimes even rude. There are notable exceptions, of course, but even dressed nicely with hair coiffed and a professional makeup application, my friend and I felt like Pretty Woman's first encounter on Rodeo Drive.

There are many beautiful clothes this season at WHBM, but Talbot's and Chico's are in the same shopping plaza, and customers are made to feel like royalty in both. Consequently, I'll call a halt to branching out to WHBM and will return to Talbot's and Chico's where the quality and prices are about the same as WHBM, but customers are appreciated.

Staff are super friendly. The inventory is ok. The pricing is crazy expensive for what you get.

If I could give this location zero stars I would. I am not from Kingwood, but was in the area for my daughters orthodontist appointment. We were early and thought we would kill some time by shopping. I will admit, we were not dressed up at all, just jeans, tshirts and vans shoes, but honestly that shouldn’t matter. When we entered the store, we were the only customers there, nobody greeted us or asked if we needed assistance instead we were followed around the store being asked random and in my opinion inappropriate questions. The first associate asked, “are you from around here?” I replied, “we are not, just in the area for an orthodontist appointment and we are early so browsing around killing time.” She then looked at my daughter and asked, “are you going to the orthodontist to get a free consultation for your first set of braces?” And my daughter told her “no, I got them off earlier today and we are returning to pick up my retainers etc”
Then the woman proceeded to follow us, and took a dress I was carrying so she could “open me a fitting room” I picked out another shirt and went in the fitting room. The other associate then goes to the fitting room area and I hear her ask my daughter, “did she like the shirt she just tried on?” My daughter replied “I’m not sure, you would have to ask her” At that point I was ready to leave. I didn’t like the dress but wanted to purchase the shirt, however, there isn’t anywhere to hang the unwanted items outside the fitting room so I left the dress in there. As I approached the register, the associates glanced at each other, one went RUNNING to the fitting room, then stepped outside it and gave a nod to the associate at the register which I took as a ‘it’s okay to check her out’ nod. As I was paying the cashier said “glad you came to visit, where are you from” I just smiled and politely told her where I was from and left. I will never return to this location. I wasn’t going to leave a review until a friend pointed out other unsettling reviews for this location. Oddly enough, there are several that have had this same “pretty woman” experience. These women need training and need to understand not to judge a book by is cover. I’m a business woman, owning multiple businesses, did I fit the part that day? No, but it was my day off with my daughter and I shouldn’t be judged by my appearance of jeans and a tshirt anyway. Ladies, save yourself the embarrassment and frustration and stay out of this location.

I just left this Kingwood location bc it was a very #prettywoman experience. No, Im not in your target demographic but my sister is and I was looking for a gift for her. 2 sales associates didn't bother to greet me (both looked at the door and turned away) & continued their conversation as I entered & left the store. It was very rude to not be addressed, asked if assistance was needed or told goodbye bc I didn't fit your typical customer mold - I could have been a secret shopper. And if I was, this location gets an F. For all of those reasons I didn't make the purchase I intended to make in this store. 11:35 10/20/21
