I recently had the pleasure of receiving exceptional service from Valencia at the UPS Store. Despite a discrepancy in online information about closing hours, Valinca went out of her way to assist me in shipping a package even after the store had officially closed at 6:30.

Valencia's dedication and kindness were truly remarkable. Her commitment to customer satisfaction made a significant impact, and I am grateful for her outstanding service. Thank you, Valencia, for going above and beyond to help.

The young lady who works there with the long braids is very sweet and patient. She took her time to help my mom through returning her amazon purchases. I will definitely come back here and recommend this store for the service she gave!!!! She definitely went above and beyond to help. Wish there were more people like her in the world.

We visit this location all the time but this particular day stood out from the rest, we were assisted by Andrea who was so kind, respectful, & went above the average service we normally receive here. In a world where people aren’t the kindest to others she’s definitely the opposite and we truly appreciate her for being a light in our day!

I was returning an Amazon order. I decided to go to this particular UPS store. I found parking easily and was in and out in under 10 minutes.

The person helping me was polite and competent. She had no problems with me taking pictures of what I was returning, putting it in the box and the labeled box for return.

Shelley was amazing! I had to have a lot of papers notarized.She was so helpful and polite.The manager was very belittling to both ladies working and to the customers.He needs training before being a manager.

This location is always busy but the staff is efficient and friendly. Today specifically India was actively greeting the people walking in and being so sweet to each customer she helped. She was patient when customers had issues and quickly got to the next person in line. I thanked her for being so nice and friendly and multiple people behind me thanked her too. She made my day really.

The best of this place is the people thst work there.

They are helpful and friendly.
You can print and you can make copies.

They also have boxes, envelopes, tape, pretty much everything you need to pack your stuff and ship it.

Get there before 5 pm if you want your package to leave that day.

Just wanted to let you know that I appreciate all the hard work Tea put up with us to help us in prints, document notary, and arranging of documents, and finally putting it in a packet for us. It took around 30 minutes and she was very patient enough with great skills of empathy and doing a checklist to make sure all documents are in place and nothing is missed with around 10-20 pages and their copies etc. With her assistance, we did achieve the end result without any delay. That's the world-class service provided by Tea and such service will always bring any customer to return to your store - your company.
Now that is superb service! Keep it up UPS for hiring and training such wonderful people - who go the extra mile in helping your customers! Thank you again Tea and The UPS Store!!!!!!!!

UPS staff member, Cameron, went over and above to help me solve my shipping dilemma! He was patient, helpful, and assisted in finding the right option for a budget-friendly arrival to my package’s destination. Someone recommended this UPS to me as the place to go...they were absolutely right!

I had a great experience today at the store, I was on a time crunch to get some papers printed and an associate named Courtney went above and beyond to make it happen for me. She was even patient with me when I had problems getting into my email account which delayed things further. Just want to send a thank you.

This a great location for shipping a receiving packages. The staff is very efficient, helpful, and friendly. Good inventory of shipping supplies and there are copy machines onsite. Very convenient location in the front of Kingwood.

GREAT STORE, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! SHOWED UP AT 6:05PM WHEN DOOR WAS LOCKED AND STORE CLOSED. THEY UNLOCJED DOOR AND TOOK BOTH MY PACKAGES HAPPILY! 5 STAR REVIEW ALL THE WAY!

Five star service every time I am there. The entire staff are very professional and demonstrate a sense of urgency to help find a solution that will work best for me, they are very courteous and knowledgeable.
