I came in yesterday because I was out of my favorite hello beautiful and One in a Million. Denise asked me if I needed help and told me that they discontinued One in a million. I was disappointed because I really love that scent and I am kind of picky, nothing super flowery, really sweet or musky at all... Right away Denise had me try a few different scents and she was spot on!!! I got Rose and You're the One.... Which I never would have tried without her help. She even had me try a couple that she knew I might not like. She said now this one might be a little too sweet for you, and she was right, the scent was nice just not for me, and another she said this might be a little too powerful and she was right.... Which was awesome because I never would have tried them myself. I probably would have just gotten hello beautiful and left. I'm a restaurant manager and I wish my employees had half of her customer service skills. She really knew her stuff! She was knowledgeable, informative and kind. I'm not really good at trying new things and I get overwhelmed with so many options, so Denise please know that you are awesome and I appreciate your help more than I can say. Denise you are a rockstar my lady!!

Love going here. I always find a new fragrances everytime I go. The staff is always friendly and there is a great sale going on right now.

Great candles for only $9.95 only until tomorrow

Today I made my first visit to Bath & Body works in over 15 years. I walked in. Grabbed and basket and looked around. Store was fully staffed but I wasn’t greeted. I just stood there and waited for someone to greet me because once again, first time shopping here. Finally someone asked was I finding everything okay. I told her it was my first time here and I have a gift card to shop. She offered me two different scents which I didn’t like either. She didn’t offer any other advice or direction. I continued browsing the store. At this point I had walked past about 6 employees and wasn’t offered any other help. I lingered into the candle part of the store and looked around aimlessly. I was then greeted by Maliyah. She was a godsend! I told her I’ve never been here before and I was looking to use my gift card. She asked type of scents I liked, what I was looking to purchase and what their most popular scents were. She was so helpful! She was the only person that had recommendations based on what type of scents I like (fresh, fruity, sweet, etc). Because I her I was able to purchase 6 body care items and 4 candles. I loved everything I purchased and was able to learn about the what the store offers, when their usual sales are and how to get the best deals. She made my bad experience into a memorable one. Maliyah needs to be sales manager because she knows her stuff and she should be training the rest of the staff. She is the reason I wrote this review cause she deserves the recognition.

I absolutely love this place. The sales associates are extremely kind and helpful. And the constant sales and specials will keep you coming back if you love to keep your woman happy and smelling yummy. This is the perfect place to come for your lady and you won't spend a fortune getting her a nice set.

I'm addicted! Need I say more? They have closed the store where I live due to issues with the building. I have missed Bath & Body Works quite a lot. I was able to come today while in town for an appointment. Now that I know how quick and easy it is to get to the store I will be shopping here again! Everyone was absolutely amazing to help me being as I'm in a wheelchair and the store is not the best for wheelchairs. However they were more than happy and willing and gracious moving all the items that weinre the way. Made it very easy to navigate all around the store. Associates were amazing and great! I always have a good experience at the store at Bath & Body Works.

I love this place. The aromatheraphy products are too good. My friends and family love bath and body works products as a gift. From small hand sanitizer to perfume they are so much to explore. All collection are awesome. Not only the fragrance the product are skin friendly,budget friendly. They do always sales on every month. The staffs are always smiling and helpful.

Went to their Semiannual Sale. That is the best time to shop. They have select items for 75 and 50% off. Not everything is on sale. I bought 2 small BBW bags full of their liquid hand soap. Of course it was on sale.

Absolutely love this store! The employees are always helpful, and today, they went above and beyond for me. I really appreciate them being so fun and sweet in this world we're living in these days.

I had an amazing experience this evening at Bath & Body Works! Everybody needs to go see Wes, a sales associate, who is absolutely amazing! Very helpful & sooo kind! I'll be going back again soon! ❤☺

Went to exchange a product christmas gift, got a very new or disinterested employee, kept changing information on terms of return/exchange. Frustrated, I left, vowing not to go again, however, in my walking exercise in the mall, went again, and got a great customer service woman who was very attentive helpful, knew the products and will go again.

The staff is always helpful and friendly. It's a pleasure to stop in when I get the chance. I stocked up on fall wallflower refills and shower gels. Logged into their new app and got 10 off on the spot.

One of my moms favorite places to get the best lotions, body wash, candles, and hand sanitizer in the many great scents for anyone. Great prices and very helpful staff always offering suggestions and telling about the current promotions

I love Bath & Body Works! I've never had a problem with customer service that couldn't be solved . They've always been very courteous with me. I love their products. I live getting coupons in the mail and in the store.
