Gateway store not as busy as other branches. Staff made sure I got what I needed. Able to match colors. Good selection of painting accessories.

Normally I go to the south eugene branch. This time I needed to rent a sprayer and this is the only branch around who does. They were out but Erik offered to put another one in circulation so I could rent it. They went out of there way and I got to use a brand new sprayer. Quality service and great experience thanks to Erik.

Love this place for the amount of options they give for paint swabs, and I like the quality of paint. However everything else is over priced and the help is hit and miss. Not even a greeting when you go in at times. Plus when we went to paint our house they couldn't even match the paint to the color on the swab. Had to go to home depot to get it done.
