I needed assistance and had questions and the employee had a good personality, and was able to be kind and helpful

I have been using this store off and on for 10-15 years. I have always liked the paint but in the past the service has left a lot to be desired. The employees were not that well trained. That is no longer the case. The employees know their stuff, work hard, and are professional and personable as well. One employee insisted on carrying my paint out to my car. When he saw a telescope in the trunk he commented that he was an astronomy buff and wondered what I used it for. It was a personal touch that I appreciated.

We've always had great service here but today was especially great. We met with Mary. She's someone who can help with choosing colors and she's fantastic. We had a whole house of paint to pick and she made it really easy. Her in store service is provided free of charge and I highly recommend it.

Had an amazing experience with this store! Quality customer service and amazing paint!! Davis the store manager was extremely helpful and gracious to donate paint to a non-profit organization that I work at in the community that serves children within Lane County in order for us to remodel a room at our agency. Thanks for supporting CAFA and the children we serve! Highly recommend this store!

I have only bought paint from this location but it's by far the best. My husband and I bought a house and it was a complete fixer. Some of the paint that I bought was having trouble sticking and so I came back in and Michael(the manager) helped me figure it out, he went above and beyond my expectations. I couldn't recommend Sherwin-Williams enough. Their customer service is excellent.

I had an awesome experience, Kayla, the lady who helped us was willing to stay late to help us get our paint mixed to our clients satisfaction and kept a positive attitude thru all the hassle we caused.

We had an issue with our paint. It ended up being a prep issue. Mike at the Green Acres location was amazing. He explained how to fix the issue. HIGHLY recommend this Scherwin Williams store!!!!! Amazing service!!!!!! Thanks Mike!! They honor veterans as well.

Several painters have recommended Sherwin Williams as the best quality paint so I stick with them. Even when they don't have the colors I'm looking for, they can color match to other brands colors and will adjust as needed once I've tested the paint. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. Excited to paint my way through my house.

The person who helped me was helpful, detail oriented, made good recommendations, and was fast. My Contractor said, "Buy GOOD paint" and he sent me to Sherwin Williams. They had a sale and I got a good deal on good paint.

I learned from many professional painters (accepted bids for exterior paint from 3 contractors) all who said that they would use Sherwin Williams paint. So it was easy to choose to use SW for interior paint projects. The purchase was easy and the store held many exciting accessories to any paint job you could dream up.

Our original contact was with telephone questions. Kenny invited us to come in to look at colors. Neither my wife nor I drive and explained this to him. He-Kenny- on hs own time, came to our home with a color fan so we could see the colors that met our needs.. I do not know how many people would do that in this impersonal day and age but would guess it's a pretty small number.

Had a situation that was last minute with a client and when I went in they were more than helpful and were very quick to assist me. The price was right and had me out the door quickly with the paint I needed!
