I tried feeding the birds once before without having any direction on it and the hobby quickly failed. This time it is going much better with the help of knowledgeable staff and useful products. In addition to food and feeders there are; books and brochures to help you identify and learn about the birds you are feeding or watching, safety products like window decals, deterrents for species you may not want in your yard and a wide array of hobby related items like jewelry and decor.

The bird food is high quality and the birds love it. I love that they have no mess food. Some of the products are local. Some are made from materials that resist decay, mold and bacteria and are difficult to damage. The staff is very helpful and have always been glad to take the time to explain things to me but leave the final decision of what to buy to my judgement.

I cannot recommend this wonderful shop enough! We recently installed a few bird feeder poles and were having mice issues. After one Sunday shopping spree, guided by the AMAZING staff, I had solutions in hand. Additionally, the employees were an absolute wealth of knowledge on types of feeders, seed, and various devices for aspiring bird feeder enthusiasts.

I had such a fantastic experience on my first visit that I signed up on the spot for their membership program!

This is a family run business that is extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We travel from Florence to Eugene to shop there. A wonderful resource of local knowledge.
