James, travis, and the rest of the crew were absolutely amazing. Set us up with new phones, watches, and headphones. Everything works great. There were a few hickups in the process, but they were very patient and diligent about getting everything done and correctly so. Would absolutely recommend this store if you need any help. Shouts out to Isaac over here at T-mobile. He was able to get my number switched over to Tmo with a superbly friendly attitude and very quickly. It's great to have such a good experience for stopping in with no plans. Also the store was very well laid out and clean.

Seth was awesome! He was so communicative and willing to do whatever it took to help us. He made us feel like a priority and spent a lot of time helping us get our new phones with the best deals. Nickolas, Seth and the whole team at the Delta store were so helpful! We had a nightmare of an experience transferring from AT&T (4 hrs to be exact! Because AT&T is clueless!) and they were so professional, helpful and their customer service was top notch!! James even had the game on for my husband watch while we waiting on AT&T! Highly recommended the team here and T-Mobile as well the coverage outshines those so called “top name “ carriers!

My zflip quit working only after having it for 34 days so 4 days to long to qualify for the 30 trial no questions asked return policy 😥but then James found my warranty and trouble shot his way thru every hold up and there was a few. Huge lesson learned to always purchase the insurance offered even if the phone is a promotional offer and in the end is no cost because it's still very expensive to fix if anything is broken or damaged my advice is to treat the phone as if it cost the original ticket price so full coverage next time for this gal and thank you James for treating me like a family member to T-Mobile and relieve a huge giant stress for me quickly and painless as possible look forward to coming back into the store next time huge change from last phone provider Exfinity never again!!!!!

My overall experience here was nothing short of exceptional. If you are in need of a new phone, an upgrade, or troubleshooting of any kind and want it done efficiently, accurately and in a way you can understand, this is the Sprint store to get it done at. Will, Andy, and Reece are great at what they do and you can tell they have fun doing it.

I recently switched over 3 lines from AT&T. Will H. was able to save me $95/mo and almost tripled my data from 15GB up to 40GB! Switched from a Note 4 and 2 GS6 to 3 iPhone 6s and Will was able to transfer all of my photos/videos and contacts. The entire process only took an hour!

I posted a review 2 weeks ago regarding service I had received. I was sure to never go back, but the staff and District Manager reached out to me. After being on phone for over half hour with District manager, my wife and I now have 2 additional devices. Manager was able to turn an upset customer into a customer that wanted to add an additional line. I would recommend giving this store another shot if something didn't go right. After getting to know the staff better, I seem to share common interests.

I worked with three individuals that know how to treat their customers. Very nice and respectful and they know what there doing, I switched from Verizon and could not be any happier with T-Mobile and there prices. We cut our cell bill cost in half.

I love coming into this Sprint store because the guys here are all amazing! Always an above and beyond experience! I had the pleasure of getting help from not only Reese, but also Andrew and Christian (one of whom was in training). Reese was kind enough to even run to another store just so I could get the IPhone color I preferred. The whole experience was a huge reflection on the type of incredible customer service this store offers.

I went in to get help with my phone because it was burning through the battery power. I was acknowledged immediately after entering by Jason and he assisted me after help finished with his previous customer. He listened to my concerned and then assessed the phone finding lots of energy wasting setting. He explained how to configure the phone for optimum performance and catered to my usage style. I'm still not sold on the overall performance of Sprint as a carrier but I greatly appreciate the caliber of service personnel and the quality of their service. Thanks

My experience at this store was nothing short of amazing. I've never had such great customer service from any carrier I've been with. I came in stressed out with 4 conflicting answers about upgrade dates and within 5 minutes, this store has everything resolved plus an account issue fixed. I worked with Reece who spent more time and energy trying to fix my account than I would ever expect from anyone. Machines didn't work, computers wouldn't respond, and customer service gave him the run around. After 7 or 8 calls and waiting on hold with them, Reece was able to get my upgrade figured out and I walked out a very happy guy. Not only did he stop me from going to another carrier, he sold me on their store and I don't plan on ever going to another location again. Poor guy. :) Management material!

I absolutely felt at home talking too Ellie and Bobbo, these two me so happy after getting a new phone. I have looked around and pretty much every place I have gone too has made me feel so on edge like I don't have a life and they are just tryna get me out fast without caring about me. But Ellie and Bobbo listen to every question I had, ran me though everything and more. I beyond appreciated every second. Thanks again guys, meant a lot.

This is my neighborhood store and the two times I have dropped in to seek help with problems with my phone they have been miracle workers as far as i am concerned. On my last visit, Nicholas help solve a phone problem that had stumped me for some time. It was great customer service and in this case, no cost. I left the store completely satisfied.
