Fabulous customer service. The people there are fast, competent, and friendly. They do such a good job that every time I walk in that store I wish every other store I visit had such high standards of excellence. Highly recommended.

I use this UPS store almost weekly and everyone that works there is always efficient and kind. I don’t typically write reviews but am always impressed by this location, the employees here deserve high praise.

The team at this store is always wonderful. I visited this week, and had a great experience in particular with Alexa. Alexa had such a positive attitude, was so kind, and was also so genuine during her interaction with us.

Elias and Julian were super helpful and informative about a package I was worried about shipping. They worked with me to find the right box and padding to ensure it got there undamaged. Thank you for your patience and making me feel confident that the package would be safe!!

Always great customer service with efficiency. Everyone I’ve worked with at this UPS location has always been helpful for getting me the best way to get my packages from A to B.

I walked in with a stupid complicated and crazy set of documents that needed multiple passport photos, an insane number of notary requests and a complicated shipping setup.

The crew was amazing and did this all with a smile and continued helping a slew of customers that came through the door. The end result was accurate and the whole process was done quickly and efficiently.

I can't recommend them enough - thank you so much for all of your help!

this ups store always exceeds customer expectations. staff is always on their game. helpful, cordial & knowledgeable. i wouldn't think of using a different ups site. this store is very customer oriented & deserves recognition as a "best customer experience" in eugene.

This store provides amazing service, really. They processed our very complicated Amazon returns fast and graciously, and when we ran into a glitch, they knew how to fix it.

Efficient and friendly! Elias helped me out of a bind when I wasn't able to make it to the store for a print to fax situation. I always use this store for sending packages and returns, and it's always a smooth process with great customer care.

Just went into the UPS store for a couple Amazon returns. The man who waited on me was great and went above and beyond to help me with an item that didn’t generate a QR code for return. I haven’t been in this store before (previously went to Willamette) but will go back to this location for my future shipping needs.

The store is consistently done an excellent job for me over the last 5 years I highly recommend them without reservation. They are always friendly, precise and get the job done without a problem.

The folks at this UPS Store really went above and beyond for my family. My wife left her wallet (with ID) at the Eugene Airport security as we flew out to Alaska. TSA was helpful but wouldn’t send it to us. I called a different UPS Store location first but was only able to leave a message. Then I called these wonderful folks. By the time the first store called me back, Elias (manager and co-owner) had already sent someone to the Airport to pick up our items (not a normal service) and was in the process of sending it to us in Alaska. These folks are amazing. Didn’t even charge me fork the box. Truly above and beyond with customer service.

The nice lady who works at this location (I’m so sorry I didn’t get her name!), she deserves a raise. she is so kind and nice, and we got to speaking of how much we both love our cats. Meanwhile, she was packaging up my return like a pro! everyone who works here is professional + polite and more than willing to help you with whatever you may need. don’t bother going anywhere else, just go here!!!

I never write reviews...but this stores customer service is beyond outstanding. I have never had as good of experience at ANY retail stores, let alone shipping stores, as this one. You really care about your customers and it shows.

This place is great and convenient! All the employees I've encountered are very friendly. It's great that I can drop off both UPS and USPS mail and packages at one location.

I sold a $1000 laptop on eBay and didn't want to deal with the packing myself, so I paid the store to package it. It was a little spendy, but totally worth it! The buyer even noted in their feedback the laptop "Was super well packaged" - and that was all the UPS stores doing! Thanks!

My favorite UPS in town. I quickly realized that I don't need any other postal services in Eugene as they answer all my needs. Elias, the owner, is probably the most polite person I met recently and he knows how to run a great business. This is a very honest and transparent postal service and we need more businesses like this in America.

Beat ups store around!!! All the employees and the manager are so helpful! I work at a neighbor store and they have helped with so much from flyers to receiving my packages!! Thanks guys!❤
