Party City

The staff here are really nice and the store is always highly organized. Anytime I have questions about products Latoya and Aldous the manager have answers for me or point me in the right direction. Been coming to this party city for a few years now. The staff is what keeps me coming back. Thanks for all your help with my little sisters birthday party. Best one yet!

I went to this Party City on Wednesday to buy some balloons for Thursday. An associate, I think his name was Juan? (He was a Black male, seemed like a teenager and was very pleasant but I forgot to put his name in my phone...) told me that the helium balloons would not last that long. He recommended that I add an extra substance to the balloons so that they will last 24 hours, which would be enough time to meet my goal. I was very hesitant to buy the balloons but he assured me that they would last. He was right! I was indeed able to write on the balloons with a marker as he stated (this was another extensive conversation) and all of the balloons, except one, lasted 24 hours, minimum (I bought 2 extras just in case, so that one didn't ruin the event). One was still in the air 48 hours later! I highly recommend this Party City as they seem to really care about the satisfaction of their customers!

Love the Colerain store - employees are always kind and helpful. I had a lot of questions, and LaToya was so patient and kind, a huge help! She even solved my issue of when I should pick up the large balloon order by suggesting delivery! Latoya is the perfect person to be working with the public, PC's customers leave having had a positive shopping experience, which unfortunately doesn't happen in a lot of businesses today.

I prefer to shop at this Party City location over others around Cincinnati. The store is clean and well-stocked. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. I've shopped here for years, mainly for birthday party supplies, and I'm always able to find what I need. On my most recent shopping trip, my daughter and I were looking for Bluey decorations for her birthday party. One of the employees, Paul, was very helpful, even heading to the stock room to unpack a brand new shipment of Bluey supplies for us. I also appreciate that this location offers balloon delivery. I think you have to spend a certain amount to get free delivery; maybe this is something all locations offer now. But it was a huge time-saver & I didn't have to worry about any of the helium balloons losing air before her party day. Kudos to Paul for setting up the delivery and helping us find all the Bluey things!

Purchased my balloons from Party City for the ballon release for my son. They are helpful, and I haven't run into any problems with other purchases this far either.

All kinds of cool stuff to give you ideas for and supplies for fun parties. Got everything I needed for my boys birthday party and it was a complete success. Also, the gal who helped me in line was very nice and helpful

We was shopping for a 60th birthday. They directed us to isle 8. Party CITY had a nice selection of items. The staff was helpful. The store was clean and there was a few shoppers. We picked up plates napkins and a few gag gifts. Thanks

There was a great associate who may have been dressed as Harry Potter. Just wanted to say thank you for your time and great customer service and ideas for self adhesive napkin bands.

This is my second time ordering balloons for an event. The customer service at this location was really good and helpful. A young lady that works there helped me get the balloons in my vehicles.
I purchased the balloons for my daughter's party, but unfortunately they deflated before the party. I contacted the store and explained, and I even told them I had pictures with time stamps. They were really understanding, they just asked I bring back the receipt and they will refund me. And that's what they did.
I would definitely recommend this location.

Lots of space, good place to get decorations. The prices of their balloon Garlands sets are waaayy too expensive. You can get the same one on Amazon with more balloon quality for less the price. $35 for a set of 75 balloons, that's a crazy price.

Customer friendly. Happy to help you if you need anything. Every thing is so simple and easy.

The store was clean and organized. They were in the process of switching over to Halloween stuff but that's fine. The staff was friendly. The cashier was nice and patient when I asked her to scan for prices about 4 or 5 items.

It was the cleanest I've ever seen it. Employees were a little hard to find as I couldn't tell that the guy was the one who worked there. But he was friendly and was able to get me the costume that I needed, and we even found some extra things for our costumes.

Great Service and Product Lines...

They have a little bit of everything and decently priced some stuff is kinda high but great for any occasion workers were not very friendly or helpful but what do you expect for young people working for minimum wage lol but overall good experience.

This girl loves to throw a party and Party City always has what I need. To top it off, you get friendly and helpful service.
