Fry's

Frys is well staffed and well stocked. Wide variety and wide aisles. Friendly efficient staffing. The deli is well maintained, the dairy area is clean and neatly arranged. Overall, a great place to shop for all your family needs.

A gentleman named Keegan, was so very kind and helpful. I needed help in the self checkout, I believe he was training someone and in the midst of all of that , qhe looked over at me and noticed I needed some help, he was there in seconds. He had a wonderful smile. It was a pleasure to shop at your store today. Keegan, I am giving you 10 stars for great customer service

Big clean store, they have things that other Fry's do not have
Lines are very quick and seem to be well staffed during busy times
The only issue I had was the condition of the parking lot, but that was fixed
I actually live closer to two other Fry's but prefer this one

Olivia was the sweetest, most helpful clerk I have met! She is just a 5 star person!!

Always clean and cheery. Good checkout. Great selection of items, especially books and beauty products. Pharmacy has also gotten a lot better. Very efficient and helpful now; Reagan is always kind and helpful.

Beautiful store. Two visits and I am hooked. Everything from sushi to produce to bakery to meat looks fresh and is appealingly displayed!

Anytime I ask for assistance in the floral area…I’m greeted with very helpful employees! Yesterday I was at this store pretty late in the evening and a friendly cashier came over to assist me! She cut the flowers, put water in a vase and sent me on my way! Thank you for taking care of your customers….even if you aren’t stationed in the floral area!

The pharmacy staff at this Fry's is so kind. I dropped off my prescription to be filled right when they opened. The wait time was about 35 minutes but I had to go to work. I told her I would be back this evening. The girl working the counter was concerned. She said I should really take these as soon as possible. She said she would fill the script immediately if I could hang back a few minutes. I had my script filled in no time. She was very compassionate. The entire staff really is. You can tell they really care. You don't get that kind of service anymore. Thanks for the extra help today!

I work at this Fry's, but I have also shopped at this Fry's for years. I love the great deals and the pharmacy staff is phenomenal. I am so proud of my produce and meat departments and the front end service is bar none. The management team is very friendly and always willing to help.

I won't work at this store forever, but I will shop there as long as I live in the area.

Grateful to know (as far as such does occur) that the Fry's on Power & Baseline Roads location wasn't slated for closure, despite rumors to the contrary: I and many others over the years have been happy to shop there, is close to where I live and to lose this good location means going further out to a new one which somebody such as myself (if not many) cannot do so easily, if not ever.

We already lost a Safeway, going down a ways east of this store's location, with no replacement nor hope of ever reopening again, just honestly one too many to close, thank you kindly for taking note of a patron's concern!

Great store! Employees are so very helpful and kind. All shelves are always well stocked. They always have fresh fruits and vegetables. They have lots of sales such as Free Fridays, five times, 4 day and 2 day sales along with personalized coupons which are mailed to you. They do have a sea food and a butcher there to help you as well. Plenty of choices of food and non- food grocery items to choose from. They even have a kitchen section such as pots and pans, utensils, and a variety of cups, and an as seen on tv section.

I just love everybody who works there. I don't think I've ever met an employee there in a bad mood or that wasn't helpful. That says a lot about management because it starts from the top. Thank you for setting the tone. It makes a big difference and I wish more businesses would get this simple standard. This one of the big reasons I still drive to this location rather than going to one that's closes to me. Thank you and please don't change!

Allow me to begin by correcting a few misguided reviewers; Thomas, a Local Guide from 2 yrs ago, along with a few others, stated incorrectly, that this location (Power Rd, & Baseline Rd., NE corner)is a "Super Frys", which it certainly is not. As a matter of fact, I've been shopping here from the very 1st week it was open, which was approximately mid-Fall of 1996. Being a bit older, this locale was built BEFORE they had "Super Frys". In addition, it was back when they were still using the old smaller store layout. Anyway, I have never NOT shopped here for my groceries. I like that the store is smaller than the more recently built locations. It makes for a much more expidited shopping trip. And, like a majority of reviewers had mentioned, the staff here is always friendly & helpful, with the exception of the pharmacy, that is. I also had several, very negative experiences with the pharmacy. If it would have been limited to one, or perhaps even 2 issues, and had I received an apology for it, I would have not given it a second thought. We are all human, we step on our toes from time to time. But I was experiencing one issue after another, sometimes 2-3 on the same visit! Not only did I not receive a single apology, I was made to feel by the staff, especially the pharmacist on duty, that the issues were somehow my fault! I had no choice but to complain to the State Board and, of course, move all of my scripts to yet another establishment.
Anyway, I can honestly say that I would recomend this location, that is, excluding the pharmacy, unless they have had a staffing change with regard to the pharmacists, to anyone.

Cashier's are always nice and welcoming. They show an actual concern and interest every time we go there. Everything is neat and stocked, easy to find items and if by chance you can't then they will be happy to help. Fruits and vegetables are always fresh and crisp salads.

Super clean awesome produce selection a great variety of organic as well. Lots of cashiers so little time in lines to check out. Their is always so one on the floor to help locate items or answer questions. The prices of the goods are priced competitively for the area. They offer points for gas and have their own station.

Always find what I need here. The pharmacy is great and the staff are always friendly and helpful.

My local Fry's. I love this store and the staff. All really friendly and helpful. Fruits and veggies are always fresh, along with the food from the bakery and deli. Store is always clean and the floors are always swept. The groceries are all stocked and nothing is every dis-organized. The location also provide a redbox, lottery stand and SRP M-Power box. Minute clinic it located inside for a quick check up.

Frys has an excellent variety of products, with well organized stores that make them easy to find. In addition, their sales prices are very good, including special deals on Friday and Saturday, as well as an app that provides additional savings through digital coupons. Their employees are always helpful, often going out of their way to assist customers. They also have an effective pickup service, which delivers your order curbside. Great food, great prices and great service make for a great shopping experience; so I get 95% of my food from Frys.
