AT&T Store

Joe is amazing. He helped me against all odds. My mother had a disaster and I was trying to get her set up asap from the store. He spent hours with me, dealing with ATT agents online, trying to resolve a ridiculous situation. He worked over 24 hours on my case. Kept in touch with me and stuck with it until it was resolved. If only more people were this superb. I honestly can't say enough about Joe. I wish he would get recognized by his employer with a huge bonus. Go to Joe Poehler for everything. And God bless him.

I typically have a great deal of anxiety when visiting a cell phone store. Today I visited the AT&T store (store 4813) on Rte 145 in Whitehall, PA (at Grape Street). I had the best customer representative I ever had in a cell phone store in decades of being a cell phone customer; his name is Joseph P & I highly recommend you visit Joe for your smartphone etc needs. He is knowledgeable, very personable, and so very helpful. My thanks to Joe and the Whitehall store today. I actually left feeling really happy for once.

Rachel was amazing, very patient and explained and answered all of our questions regarding the services we got .She Went above and beyond to get us all the service we need .

Joshua is so amazing and literally the best customer service rep.I had so many problems with my phone after it got run over and I could not access my information.He spent 2 days helping me.So patient, very knowledgeable and he absolutely saved me.I recommend any phone issues you have, go see him.Side note-he’s also really cute ;)

We visited this Whitehall location because we were very dissatisfied with the location closer to my home . Yanet was very thorough, and took her time with us ensuring we knew our contents of our bill . She was helpful above & beyond !

They solved my problem thru Noah and Yanet in less than 5 minutes after I spent 2 hours trying myself.
