The Cheesecake Factory

We had never been to a Cheesecake Factory and this location just opened in the Lehigh Valley, so we decided to use our gift cards for a holiday treat 😀. It's located in what was part of a Barnes and Noble, and I think they did a great job with the remodel. It's train-station loud but there are plenty of walls to separate diners, so you don't really mind all the noise. Our server was pleasant and the menu has a ton of choices! Honestly, it may be too many options. We tried 5 different entrees, one appetizer and 4 different cheesecakes for dessert. The prices are a bit higher than most chain restaurants, but the portions are HUGE so it's worth it! If you're not a big eater, I'd choose the lunch portions or consider sharing an entree. The food was fresh and delicious 😋 and the cheesecakes were out of this world! Crispy chicken, tender pasta, juicy burgers, fluffy pancakes and savory sauces. Bathrooms were very clean and we will definitely treat ourselves to another meal here in the future. Pro-Tip - look to dine off-hours (early or late) or make a reservation as this restaurant will be packed for a long time to come. Walking in during prime hours will result in a very long wait for sure.

We had a great experience. We were seated for our reservation just moments after checking in at the desk. Our server was very friendly and attentive, and you could tell she loved her job. Our food was great, we all got the chicken salad. The cream of chicken soup was wonderful. We both got free slices of cheesecake for our birthday- celebration and cookie dough- both delicious!! Prices seemed reasonable, so we would definitely come back! 😊

Fantastic experience. The food was amazing. My group and I arrived at 11 on a Saturday, and we were told there was a slight wait. We didn't have a reservation, which we expected, but we were seated within 3 minutes. There was a little wait between ordering, but it was okay. Our waitress was very helpful with recommendations too. I highly recommend coming here.

Attended a dinner at the cheesecake factory with friends to celebrate a birthday. The wait was over an hour to be seated, on a weekday. Food was served in large portions and service was really good. Our server actually made the evening so fun. Pineapple cheesecake is to die for!

Positive Experience:

Atmosphere is awesome. I love the nerdy of the building. Server is T. Super super sweet. Very professional and friendly.

Food breakdown:
- Bread was fresh, soft and warm
- Avocado eggrolls 6/10 without sauce 10/10 with the saucez
- Steak Diane 10/10. Mashed potatoes were flavorful, creamy and chunky with skin still in it (love it that way) Steak was cooked perfectly, tasted phenomenal.
- Alcoholic Strawberry Negroni was made perfectly
- Original Cheesecake 10/10

Negative Experience:

Came with my wife, party of 2 after booking a reservation for 4:15pm two weeks in advance. We arrive at 4:05pm. My name was called at 4:25pm. The host, sat (3) other parties of 2 before us. 1 party was here before us, the other 2 arrived after us. 4:40pm until our server greeted us. 4:45 until our order was put into the system.
What’s the point of the reservation if it actually means 30 mins afterwards? Lol. Either way I still give this place a 10/10. Phenomenal food and friendly employees.

We have had fast and accurate service during every visit. The wait to get seated and served was totally understandable considering they are a new location in the mall that had just opened a week ago and it's Christmas time.
The portion and quantity of the food met our expectations and the desserts are amazing!
They are definitely worth the wait time.

We went for Happy Hour at the bar area. Plenty of seating and well staffed. The appetizers we had came out fast and hot. The portions are generous. The staff was very friendly.

Went there on a Thursday night around 6:30 PM, we waited like an hour and half to be seated which is expected by reading other reviews and given that this is newly opened, the food was great no difference from other locations. Nice to have it in LV no more driving down to KOP.

I love everything about this new location. The best server named Craig was really attentive and friendly. The food was delicious!!!! They have a large menu that will accommodate anyone and their diet restrictions.

It was my first time there. I had a great server named Andrew who explained everything perfectly and was very attentive to our table. The food was amazing. It came out in a timely manner even though they were Very busy. Lots of variety of food, not just normal, boring things.

We had such a beautiful experience here!! Our server, Craig, THATS how you make the experience an excellent one. What an attentive, and good natured server who we just loved talking to. Cute to boot!

It’s a Cheesecake Factory like any other, a very standardized menu with some comically large portion sizes. If you’ve been to one, you’ve been to all of them.

Minor service hiccups, but it is their opening week and they’re still getting the hang of things with the rush of curious customers. A server took my empty glass to refill it and never returned.

Went for lunch with reservations. Although it was busy we were promptly seated. Our server Shannon M was amazing. She was knowledgeable and offered terrific suggestions. She was attentive without being overbearing. One of the best servers I've had in a while. Everything we ordered was excellent, correct, and delicious. Looking forward to going back in the future.

I always enjoy dining at any cheesecake factory. But to have one this closer to home is wonderful. We went on Wednesday for the first time. Waited out all the opening hype. Also made a reservation. Definitely make a reservation online.
Its just easier and you dont have to worry or wait.
Our waitress Melissa Ann was absolutely wonderful. She was so kind and polite. She went above and beyond to make our time great. We will definitely be returning to request her. This location is doing a great job with the high volume in the lehigh valley.

Drinks and appetizers with the girls. Margarita was too sweet for my liking and made with bottom shelf tequila, but I'm a particular person with my drinks. Three bartenders, all very nice/attentive/friendly and busy! Friday night they were hustling but kept everyone happy and paid attention. Had a fun time, but keeping em' coming will do that lol

Took my wife out for an early birthday dinner and this place definitely exceeded our expectations. Our server Emily was great and all her recommendations were on point. We got the chicken cooselta and my wife got the 4 cheese pasta which she loved! We ended the night with a Cinnabon cheesecake which was absolutely delicious. We will definitely be back soon.

We were just there for 630pm meal at back left corner next to kitchen. We were little nervous seeing some reviews, BUT everything was amazing from apps to desserts. Thank you so much! Forgive me, I am so sorry, I am on dayquil, but I believe her name was Zara? Our waitress was phenomenal. She is brunette with glasses. She is super sweet and very helpful. She was very funny too! Loved her! We will be back for sure. Well worth the wait time. Thank you so much for great experience. Hands down best Shepherd's pie next to mine in Valley and only time I have a contender against mine. It was amazing! Super excited because I have never been to a cheesecake factory before and now I added to my favorites list.

Great experience. The servers are doing very well even though several of them are very new to the extensive menu. The bad reviews here are ignorant, they've obviously never opened a completely new restaurant.

We had a great experience at the Cheesecake Factory! Any Cheesecake Factory I have been to or have attempted to go to, there is always a long wait. Knowing that, I knew better to make reservations. I made them a week in advance for 7:15, and we were seated at 7:20. Our waitress was kind and prompt regardless of the busyness of the place, she made sure we were taken care of. Food was good- not out of those world, but then again it is a chain restaurant. They offer ginormous portions even for appetizer sizes.

Very good experience overall. I only took a star because it is very crowded in there. There is not much space between tables. The food was very good and there is a huge selection for picky eaters. Would definitely recommend!
