I absolutely love this store the associates are helpful and they welcome you as soon as you walk in the door. Their variety of beauty products are awesome! There infant children medicine and natural holistic medicine is so welcomed and refreshing! Thank you rite aid for giving me this experience and impression that customer service does exist!

I was just shopping minding my own business and I could not help but over hear the help the manager Brian gave directing traffic to the vaccines in the back. His attitude is infectious! He did not skip a beat or lose the pep in his step repeating the same thing over and over to each patient with the biggest kindest attitude. He even helped me find some vitamins in the back that I thought were sold out. He deserves a promotion, and should become a district manager- he’s wasted great talent in the field - I wish I was still in retail I’d steal him in a heart beat! Thanks Brian for simply being so nice and awesome

The pharmacists who work here are absolutely wonderful! They take time and explain everything really well and answer all of my questions. They are so kind, caring and helpful and I would highly recommend them to everyone!

Every one is friendly plus when they see you your prescription ready right away. Always have medicine on stock for Macarthur lovation. Even though moved farther away i still drive back here to get my medicine due to great service they provide. 👍🏻👍🏻VIP service!! Keep up the good work 😀

Everyone is so friendly and helpful. One of the pharmacists even went out of their way to find me a discount card because my prescription was so high, above and beyond. Thank you!

I use rite aides pharmacy all the time. The customer service is great. The Pharmacist and the counter persons are always polite and helpful.

Rite aid store one of my best store the manager tom...and stuff danielle, joel, isaai,John, Liz the most nice people I had seen very respectful very nice and helpful I yet love the professional service they provide to me and other customers I had seen when I'm in the store purchase...thank you so much for the service and time you guys take for your customer...I love this store and I recommend 100% to other to go and experience the sales and service the manager tom and cashier's provide to you...

A customer service oriented store; very Ollie and patient. Pharmacy clientele are such a pleasure to speak with even though you're ill.

My favorite store, I can always get everything I need and the employees are super friendly. I love how much money I save here as well.

Not sure where all the complaints are. There is a wait with the pharmacy though..
