Build-A-Bear Workshop

I love taking my daughter here for her bday bear. It was a nice experience. I never been here before. This was also my first time. The lady's at the store were very nice and helpful. Would definately go again. My daughter also enjoyed it and loves her teddy bear!

We had an amazing experience here. Staff was very helpful and nice to our 4 year old daughter as we completed the build a bear process. Prices were fair and some proceeds go to a great cause. Awesome!

This the first time I've ever been to this location, I came here with three of my Girl Scouts to build their Girl Scout Bears. We were set up with "Tay Tay (TeeTee, Tee Bear, Sheriff Bear)" (she held many names!! Tay Tay was so amazing with the girls she had their attention and had them smiling from start to finish!!! She was so fun and my girls talked about her all the way home!! Such an amazing experience!!!! 💚💚💚

Staff is very friendly and informative. They honored a coupon I received 20 min after It came to my email.

My experience is only 5 star because of Valentino, it’s not because of anything else in this store. Valentino was very sweet and everyone else made my experience otherwise AWFUL.

The staff here is extremely nice Everytime we go. Our last visit was to stuff a plushie (an extremely large one at that) we got elsewhere and the staff as well as the stuffer was extremely excited about it which made us enjoy our experience even more. I love BaB and this specific location is probably my favourite to come to

Took my daughter for her Birthday Bear, her happiness & excitement to be there made this dad thankful for having such a place to exist. Thank you Build-A-Bear & thanks to friendly workers which helped my daughter smile on her visit.

Jasmine has always been so sweet when we’ve visited but today she went above and beyond to help us. We received a happy hugs bear as a gift after the loss of our son, and we decided to take the chance 3 months later and see if they could open the bear to add a little urn and a heart beat sound and she was so kind and gentle with his bear, being so delicate about taking the outfit off and folding it to make sure it didn’t get dirty. She even grabbed two hearts for us to give him extra love from mom and dad.

Great experience for kiddos! They get to pick out their animal and have a choice of scented or non scented along with options of "hearts" (sound or non sound). Our kiddo loved picking out an outfit for their stuffie and being able to name it and have the certificate printed with the stuffie's name.

Headed here and got a build a bear of our new kitten we got for my daughter.
The manager was an over achiever with a great personality.
Simple set up to get what you’d like and get out, over all enjoyable experience.

The staff here are always so nice and friendly. I took my brother for his 6th birthday and they went out of their way to get him his birthday sticker and make him feel special.

Super fun! Staff members Natasha and Taty were super helpful and fun to work with! They made it a great experience!

Was able to get a bear for my sons birthday. The staff was very helpful in getting everything done!

First time customer. If everyone has had an experience the way my son and I did than I completely understand the hype. We were greeted by two friendly faces. I wish I got their names! The quality of my sons "bears" on top of the fabulous customer service was definitely worth the price! We will be back ladies!

Workers work tirelessly and very very VERY hard in this place. They also have a great selection of stuff for all kids of all ages to enjoy. Even some grown ups will like the multiple selections that they have here at build a bear. Keep bringing smiles to those cute, little kids.

The Staff were amazing! They made my little cousins first experience so wonderful and memorable. They were very helpful and kind. I would definitely recommend this place for someone who wants to get a birthday gift or just any occasion really. Thank you so much for making a nine year olds day. ^^

Took my brother here for his birthday (22nd) and he was really looking forward to a Pokemon to make since it was his first time and Madison and Michelle made it such a memorable time for him and I really do appreciate that so much! They were so nice and caring to us both but especially him and I couldn't thank them more!

My daughters absolutely loved this place! Expensive yes but worth at least 1 go. Staff very very friendly very professional! Autistic friendly store good wholesome experience for children. My oldest made a jawa with a military hat a tutu and a game controller 🤣

The stuffed animals are so cute. Got the Rainbow Rabbit. With a Peeps. Pajamas. Also got a older rabbit repaired he was so old and loved his ear was detaching itself from the body the Build a Bear medic took great. Are of Princess Bunny.. A+ experience. Plus Princess Bunny TLC. ... :) worth the stop.
