I had an incredible experience at this TMobile store , the assistant manager Enoc was AMAZING and treated me with top notch customer service… I wish all TMobile employees were like him!!!!!

Enoc was the most amazing help! He explained everything and was extremely understanding and professional! Will definitely be recommending this store because of him!

Through all the times I’ve had to buy or replace a cell phone I have never had a Better experience than I did today! Ronnie I believe her name was took care of setting up my cell which had been giving another gentleman some issues, she luckily arrived in the middle of the process and took initiative immediately fixing the problem and getting me on my way in a timely manner and happy with my purchase and the entire time she continued to acknowledge me and strike conversation to better pass the time.
I genuinely appreciate her customer service skills and her teams effort making sure I walked out with a replacement phone and an added tablet which I am also psyched about! Ronnie bless you and thank you much!!!

From manager to his staffs are awesome. Very friendly & willing to help you. The other day we came in late & they were closing soon but manager (Ali) stayed with & transferred all 3 lines from AT&T to T-Mobile. Explained price will never go up. That is what I like to hear.

Bryant is very helpful and detail oriented! Asks pertinent and appropriate questions, patient and service oriented, and he has a great head of hair! Bryant has the ability to retain customer loyalty because he was efficient and met all of my needs!

Bryant provided the best deal and multiple promotions that came as a pleasant surprise. I highly recommend T Mobile on Enon street!

I have had to stop in to a few T-Mobile stores recently, and I can honestly say that I will always come back to this Beverly store, no matter how far out of my way. Everyone in there was truly wonderful and I really did enjoy the whole experience.

I have to give a shout out to Raune, she helped me for LITERAL hours as I dealt with my family and all of our options. She was absolutely the best from start to finish. But if she ever does give you a hard time, just give her sneakers a little scuff :)

I always have a horrible experience with t-mobile stores.... This one however, amazing! Sophie and Jevon were excellent!! Sociable, helpful, and had me in and out on a crisis situation. Thanks again!!

Today i was expecting to get a new phone. Not only that I got hundreds of my bill. Lawrence and Sophie absolutely went above and beyond to save me money and get me the phone and plan that worked best. I had trouble with my Apple ID and they knew all about what to do. My phone would not work without them !! Go in an ask for them they will solve any issue you run into. Especially for those less tech savvy !!! Thanks again

Hands down the best T-Mobile store I’ve ever been to! I won’t even bother to go anywhere else now. Shout out to Jonathan, Sophia and josh for amazing customer service. They went above and beyond to make sure I got everything I needed while I was at the store. They made it fun and enjoyable. I just felt so welcome in the friendly environment! Josh was extremely helpful he even stayed an hour extra to make sure my info was placed on my device.

I just recently switched from metro to t mobile and my first in store visit was excellent. I needed to transfer my old phone to new phone. The Associate Lawrence was very patient and helpful. I was very satisfied when I left the store with every thing that I needed.

I came in to ask about upgrading my phone before I decided too. Johnathan was so polite and so helpful and had such a great experience with him. He convinced me to come back in and get the upgrade because of his useful information. There was a little line but he kept checking in to see that I was ok while I was waiting. And then he helped me upgrade my phone and made sure everything matched with my old phone before I left and made sure I was taken care of. He had so much patience and he is an amazing employee and deserves a raise.

Our family upgraded our phones recently. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we acquired the phones we wanted without delay and worked with us until everything important from our old phones was transferred to our new phones. An extra special shout out to Shanon and Bryant - they were tremendous!

Went into Tmobile to reactivate old lines after moving back from overseas and worked with Josh. He was the absolute best! Helped resolve all our issues patiently and with a great attitude the entire time! Store was clean and very well cared for. Highly recommend using this location, and ask to work with Josh - you won't regret it!

Excellent service! Brought a Client of mine to this location hoping to replace a broken phone. We were helped by Alison who was incredibly patient, kind and attentive for the duration of the time we spent in the store. Will definitely continue using this location in the future.

Josh and Marquis were so helpful while my mom was getting a new phone. Josh was so friendly, straight-forward, and patient while helping us and was just a great presence/help to us overall. We had a wonderful experience at the store today!

This T-Mobile has the best vibes out of any store I have ever had to buy a phone in. They totally hooked me up with some free stuff which was super cool. Everyone was super funny and enjoying themselves, even though things were pretty hectic there for a minute. I honestly don't even wanna leave, I wish yall would hire me, or like adopt me? Maybe thats too much, idk, I'll be back tomorrow 😘

To be honest I was really dreading switching from Sprint and losing out on how cheap my plan was. But everyone here was so accommodating and knowledgeable, and really made the whole experience so simple, while also helping me take advantage of as many perks as possible. Thank yall so much.

Marquis the store manager is awesome, personable and patient. My device arrived today which was better than anticipated. Went to the location he transferred all my data over to the new one for me and got me all set up. Even took the time to call regarding the shipment label for my trade in device which the shipment forgot to include. He even followed up after by email to note that the trade in device is all set and ready to ship out. Great communication and service keep up the great work.

Alison here is the most helpful T Mobile rep I have ever dealt with in over 15 years of sprint/t mobile service!! She has helped us out with quite a bit of requests over the months and always does so so kindly.
