I had the most exceptional experience at the Verizon store in Beverly, all thanks to Ashley. From the moment I walked in, Ashley's warm and welcoming demeanor made me feel right at home. What truly stood out was how she remembered our earlier phone conversation, which made me feel valued and appreciated as a customer.

Despite a busy store, Ashley had everything running like a well-oiled machine. It was evident that she managed the shop with precision and care. Even with a large number of people, she seamlessly assisted everyone, including a staff member under training, Sydney. I was amazed by how well she had trained Sydney, as Sydney did an excellent job of keeping up with the demand.

Ashley's dedication to each customer was truly remarkable. Despite the long line, she took the time to provide individual attention, going above and beyond by triple checking our accounts and ensuring we were aware of all our plan benefits. Her thoroughness and attention to detail were truly impressive.

I left the store feeling not only satisfied with my service but genuinely grateful for the outstanding customer care provided by Ashley and her team. I can't recommend this Verizon store enough, all thanks to Ashley's exceptional professionalism and genuine care for her customers. She is a true asset to the team and made my experience truly memorable. Thank you, Ashley, for your outstanding service!

Jonathan did a great job helping me get my new phone . He gave me the greatest deal possible for my situation and explained everything to me clearly to be sure there would be no surprises on my bill. He stayed passed closing to be sure everything was up and running properly. I highly recommend seeing him and the store when you’re in need of a new phone .

Sal was AMAZING! She made the transition super easy. I entered the store with 30 mins before closing and She stayed well past closing to make sure all of my stuff was complete and couldn’t have been more kind. I would recommend her personal customer service to ANYONE!!

The customer service was excellent. Annika did a great job. I showed up at closing time and she still let me in and got the products I needed. That was very nice of her and great customers satisfaction.

Joel at the N Beverly store was knowledgeable and great to work with, he went beyond normal customer service he literally set up everything. I am very happy!

Efrain was fantastic and extremely helpful. I had been dealing with no cell connection for 5 days and tried everything I could to fix it. It came down to me ultimately needing a new phone, but he made the process as painless as possible. He spent a total of about 2 hours with me. The first time I went in was just for a diagnostic and to see if someone in person could help me and he did what he could. The second time I came in was to get the new phone, he took care of everything for me and made sure I was getting the best deal I could. The store closed at 8pm, and I was there till just about that time, but not once did he make me feel rushed or like an inconvenience being there so close to closing.
I definitely recommend this verizon store over most other ones I've been to in this area

ELISA was wonderful! My last experience at this Verizon location was less than ideal so I was a little hesitant coming back. Having Elisa as my sales associate totally put me at ease! She was straight forward, personable, helpful, and overall provided an experience that was a complete 180 from my last visit. 10/10!

Salome was so helpful and informative. She set up my phone in a timely manner and made sure everything was working and everything had saved correctly. She explained the payment and charges in an understandable way. I usually hate going into change my phone, but this experience was wonderful thanks to Salome!!

Efrain promptly greated me as I walked through the door and provided extraordinary and courteous service throughout my visit while serving two other customers and I simultaneously. An unbelievable experience, better than five stars!
