The baristas here are absolute rockstars. Today 11/10/22 was insanely busy around 7:30am for them. They kept really positive and despite the delay in getting my order, the food and drink came out beautifully. I hope one of them reads this. The delay was totally not their fault and they did a great job with what they had.

This was one of my most positive visit to a Starbucks. This is a newer store, thus it does not have the large crowds of 'loungers' and wear and tear. What was positive is Tori's way of handling her job. She was neutral in her smile and tone as she asked "what can I get started for you?". That is the correct way to handle a new walk in customer. She did not project, or judge. Later on, I returned to retrieve my forgotten phone and had a similar positive interaction with the girl who was obviously working on something else and walked over to assist me. The interaction was direct and respectful. Unfortunately it was too short and I did not take time to learn her name. This store need to continue as they are delight to visit.

The greatest drive thru experience I've ever had. Loved not being rushed to hurry up and pick something And actually given a moment to look at the menu. The gentleman working the drive thru window was also extremely well mannered, I look forward to driving out my way just to receive such great service again.

Says it’s open until 8:30pm but it closes at 1:00pm every day. For us night shifters it is such an inconvenience. They take forever with mobile orders, they don’t seem to have enough employees and it’s upsetting to have to drive to another …"

Where does it say that? Since well before your bicker, their hours have been 4:30 am - 3 pm, changed from the original hours during Covid-19. Maybe actually try finding out if a stores hours have changed before assuming everything is still the same as it was 5 years ago?

I love it when people cry and complain about the coffee services that they require because they're incapable of making a cup of coffee at home.

The staff here is why I drive to Beverly to get my Starbucks. Being able to get there earlier in the morning is great.
Great customer service can make all the difference in your day and sometimes even change your own tired "blah" morning into a better "blah" morning.

I locked my keys in my car and they helped me with my order paitentially even though I was rudely on the phone with AAA when I got to the register, and I’m a distracted type of person so he actually ran my card for me while I was talking to the lady. Then my phone was going to die, and I needed to make sure I got their call when they got here, and they actually searched their back room just to find me a compatible phone charger. Kindest most amazing service, ever. They went out of their way to help me even though they were really busy. Beyond satisfied.

We usually get Tall Green Tea, and Tall Coffee. They actually helps me order my green tea without adding water which taste even better than the one with the water added to it. I applaud them on that. They knew what we need without talking that much.

Starbucks is my favorite coffee place. Today, though, I had a great experience at the Starbucks in Beverly on Elliott St, near Cummings Park.

Great service, was greeted by a Barista named Nick (I saw his nametag). He went above and beyond to make my experience special. This will be my go to Starbucks when I'm in the area.

If you work in that area try it out. You won't be disappointed.

The service is always fast and friendly. They have never messed up my order and the drive through (which I usually use) is quick. It's always clean and is a great place to sit and relax.

The staff here is always so friendly. They are always willing to chat while your order is being prepared. It is also clear that they value the safety of their customers.

I don’t frequent starbucks but I came here and the service was wonderful! I got a mocha frappe, lady at drive thru window noticed barista made it very light w little mocha so she offered to remake it!

Barista alerted me to the fact that one coffee was stronger than the dark roast, that I had assumed was the boldest. She even gave me a sample of it to decide. Now that's customer service!

Great location. My wife usually goes to Starbucks but I went for her while she was in the hospital with our first baby. They walked this Starbucks rookie through the sizes and how to order. Thank you

This SB opened the week I moved down the street in Beverly. Great staff, great coffee and food (of course!), and nice atmosphere for studying, meeting, etc. Much less crowded than the North Bev one. Even now living in Salem, I will still frequently go to this one when meeting people or getting work done early in the morning before going to work -- love it!

The egg white bites are great. The fruit they offer is always fresh.

As far as service goes this location is awesome. The staff is very friendly and is willing to joke around. I advise anyone looking for their favorite Starbucks to check this place out!

We come to this Starbucks all the time and even though they are short staffed, everyone is always super kind and friendly. I love the vibe here

Every time I go there my order is always correct and i don't have to wait long...and today I ordered thru the app went there and it was ready...very cool...and the employees are always helpful and friendly

Just purchased my first Starbucks coffee since 2002……freaking delicious.

Friendly service and very clean and organized in the setting of the covid pandemic. Coffee was freshly brewed. I highly recommend the impossible breakfast sandwich
