They actually take time to listen and understand what you’re looking for. Even if you don’t know exactly what you need. Also you get a discount for repeat customer. They’re very friendly and educated. I go out of my way (25min drive) to go there. Been buying my sneakers here since 2010

The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly! I tried about 7 different pairs of shoes until we found what worked best for me. I am usually an impatient shopper but this was a wonderful learning experience. I could not be happier and will not buy my running shoes anywhere else!

Amazing store , it Truly feels like finding and arsenal with everything you need during a zombie apocalypse, every single on of the members of the staff is knowledgeable on every product they sell , I went for 3 pairs of running shoes, so if going and running shoes you need , for WES shall you ask.

Stopped by on a Sunday afternoon to pick up a pair of trail shoes. They were busy but jumped right in to help me out. I had an idea of what I wanted but the wonderful staff offered me some other options to try. In the end I knew these Brooks were the right fit. This store and staff have always been amazing. Outstanding! I needed a new pair of sneakers, and was unsure what to get. Jill was extremely helpful, and patient while assisting me with trying on A LOT of different brands. Could I have gotten the sneakers cheaper online - who knows. But I do know you can't get the personal service online, or at any of the big retailers. I'll be back!

Highly recommend the New England Running Company and Trail. They offer a Solid selection of running and trail shoes. The staff is very knowledgeable and offer great support in finding a good fitting shoe.

I had the pleasure of working with Jill at the running company. When shopping I always felt that my feedback and general comments were heard with each shoe I tried on. This helped me narrow down and eventually find a solid shoe that fit my needs.

Lastly, the shoe I took home over the course of a few weeks felt a bit too snug (as my feet were likely swelling from the summer heat at times) and the staff were happy to honor their 30 day return policy on running shoes only (with a restocking charge of $5.00). I was able to size up and am delighted with my choice. Enjoying my shoes with some happy feet. :)

Tried many running stores that all failed to find me a shoe for my super wide feet. After only a few short minutes at New England Running Company's store they not only found a shoe that was a comfortable fit, but I started hitting pr's on all my races the following month. They are a very welcoming a friendly store and I felt positive there shop was the place I'd finally find a shoe for me from the second I walked in. After a year of owning my pair of Brooks from them, I will be returning today to buy my second pair.

I picked up long distance running again recently and I came to New England Running Co. in beverly to upgrade my foot gear. The person that worked with me was incredibly thorough and helped me navigate my choices from about 8 pairs of sneakers down to the right pair. I ended going with a pair of New Balances that were a little bit bigger than I typically wear but on his recommendation I gave it a shot. After a couple runs I realized that the increase in size wasn't going to work for me so I took them back. The gentleman that assisted me was very understanding and even waived the typical restock fee. The pair of sneakers I left with that day have become on of the best investments I've made in my running and I will for sure be returning when I need my next pair.

Great selection, friendly knowledgeable staff. Very accommodating. They offered to ordered a product in the size and color I needed. Special ordered sneakers that they did carry but were able to get. Always so helpful, patient and welcoming.

Called the store today as I was badly in need of new running shoes. The guy at the store was able to look up what I had bought last time and was able to find the same shoe/size in stock. He texted me a picture to make sure I liked the color. And to top it off, it was delivered to my house about 3 hours later and left by my front door. How’s that for service and no contact delivery!! Thank you New England Running Company!!

The staff is very helpful. It made our shopping easier and we were able to do other things around the area. Huge selection of shoes for the whole family at affordable prices. Clean and organized place. I recommend it!
