Dunkin'

I'm from out of town, but I heard DD was popular in Boston so I thought I'd try it here. The drive thru line was around the block and there were a ton of mobile pick up orders queued up. The Chorizo Wrap was yummy and my coffee was hot and strong. There was a friendly atmosphere in this busy place. Glad I stopped by.

With the other Dunks down the street closed for renovations. This one picked up the extra customers without missing a beat! I know because I was one of those customers! Thank you to the crew!! They were all great!!

This morning I had the displeasure of watching a woman lose her mind at one of the baristas. The place was packed and she was yelling vulgar words at the staff, as they were not working up to her speed. The staff handled the situation with such class, a lot better then I would have. The irate woman took pictures of the staff members working, which I imagine she will be posting a review with. With that said, if anyone from DD corporate wants to reach out to me, I would be happy to share with you how horrendous this person was and how eloquently the staff handled the situation.

Pretty good dunks I go here all the time. Best one i’ve been to.

Come on it’s dunks. America runs on dunks. Even if they ALWAYS mess up my coffee. 🤷🏻‍♂.
So I will tell you a quick funny story about my last visit. One of the employees was getting into an argument with their manager while she was waiting on me. She had zero regard for any customers being around or the language she was using.She didn't miss a beat as she got my order together while verbally assault her manager. So a take a sip of my coffee while waiting for the two donuts I ordered. Surprised she did not mess up my coffee so I walked away with a smile. I get to my truck and I open my bag and surely enough she messed up my food order. So all in all flawlessly Dunkin' donuts and screwed up my order once again. I will probably always go to Dunkin' donuts just because it is in breaded in our Boston culture. But realistically the food has gone downhill tremendously the coffee has gone downhill tremendously and well the service has never been good. But Dunkin' donuts I love you. Just like I love the toxic relationship with me in my ex. And for some reason I will keep taking the both of you back. . 🤣😂

I had a mobile order that was missing the donuts and munchkins so I turned around and they gave them to me quickly and very nicely. I would have had a very unhappy roommate if I did not receive them 😂. Everyone who works at this location is very friendly and on top of things.

I went to Dunks today and I want to say how extremely friendly the man at the drive-thru was. He was so positive and outgoing and he totally made my day. I don't know what his name is but I hope if he reads this he knows he had a very positive impact on me as well as others. We need more people like him!

Great place! Definitely a way better location than the other local dunks in area. Friendly staff, easy drive thru, my coffee always tastes great and my order is always correct. If you walk in, it is spacious, clean, with lots of seating, great atmosphere, and has a clean restroom.

Good people quick. Clean and friendly girls this would be the 1 in Salem on canal st.in Salem mas...great bunch of girls there Jessica the manger runs a tight ship but is very good with how she does it not a rude or a nasty leader I have much respect for her

Consistently good coffee. I asked the cashier what way they favored having coffee ordered and was given the following advice: NEVER order with what you do NOT want in your coffee. i.e. coffee with no sugar and milk not cream. Just say (size) coffee with milk. Trivial, I know, but it seems to expedite the process and making their job easier is a plus, no? Oh, lest I forget, GREAT coffee cake muffins and decent WiFi.

Great customer service, clean, and well maintained. This establishment could provide a full menu when opened. Often, many items are not available when they open.

Newly renovated, usually an upscale clientele. Personel is attentive even with the dual window and counter service. Full menu. Excellent parking, location & physical plant. One of the nicest on Boston's North Shore. Also, management on site.

Well I didnt actually go here as a customer recently but I just walked by their like 10 minutes ago and my phone asked me to review the place...so here we go....

On the few occasions I have coffee I go to this particular dunks and have never had a problem. Cant get much of a better review than that right? 🤷‍♂

Really not a fan of Dunks in general, but this store is on the way to work and the staff is so awesome, it kind of makes me forget im in a Dunkin Donuts store. They are friendly and helpful, prompt and courteous. I visit almost daily.

Of all the DD's in the area, this is my favorite. It's not the one that's closest to my house but I think the service at other DD's are terrible, so I don't mind driving a little further. Actually, I tried to get information in the DD Perks thing, and this is the only place where they actually knew about it and could give me information. There's one women (I think she's Indian) who is super sweet, she always makes my day. 5 stars for this place!

This Dunkin is by far the best I've ever been to. The staff are always friendly especially the morning. I've been coming here for years and I've never had a problem!!
